For BTech, the eligibility includes completion of class 12 with a combination of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and obtaining a valid score in TNEA. For MTech, a bachelor's degree in the relevant field along with a valid TANCET score is required. A master's degree in any relevant field and obedience with norms of Anna University are required for eligibility in PhD.
