Class 12 Marks for Preparation of KEAM 2025 Rank List
Those candidates who have qualified in the KEAM engineering entrance test will have to submit the marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology in the Second year of Plus Two or equivalent Qualifying Examination through the website for the preparation of the Engineering KEAM rank list.
Verification of Class 12 marks
Mark verification facility will be available for those candidates who have submitted class 12 marks for the preparation of the KEAM rank list 2025. The authority will open the facility to check the marks data. If the details are correct, click the ‘No Change’ button against each item and finally click the ‘Verified and Found Correct’ button. If any of the details are incorrect, click the ‘Change Required’ button against the items to be corrected and then click the ‘Verified and Found Mismatch’ button. Such candidates shall have to upload the necessary mark lists as proof for correction in the submitted marks.
How to Submit Plus Two Scores for KEAM Rank List Preparation?

Visit the official website of KEAM and access the link for the KEAM candidate portal.
- Now, on the menu, click ‘Mark Submission for Engineering’ to enter the marks of class 12.
- If the marks shown are different from the actual marks given in the mark list, candidates can edit the marks using the ‘Change’ button and enter the actual marks.
- After entering all details, click on the ‘Finalise Mark Data’ button and upload the Class 12 mark sheets through the link ‘Upload Plus Two Mark Sheet’ (if available).
- After the marks are successfully submitted, the candidates will have to take a printout of the ‘Marks Submission Confirmation Report’ and keep it safe for future reference.
Note: Facilitation Centres will be functioning throughout the State to assist candidates with online marks submission. Applicants who do not submit the marks online will not be considered for the preparation of the KEAM rank list.
Preparation of KEAM 2025 Engineering Rank List
- Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the normalised score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering as described in Clause 9.4.4 (i) and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardisation procedure. In case the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In case the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.
- The final year marks of the qualifying examination of each subject, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology of the students who have passed the subject, received from the respective Boards, shall be transformed out of 100. The marks of the three subjects shall be computed out of 300 after effecting standardisation in each subject.
- The formula for standardisation as has been approved by the Expert Committee constituted vide G.O.(Rt)No.1758/2011/H.Edn. dated.03.11.2011: The marks secured by a student in the qualifying examination from any Board will be standardised with respect to the statistical parameters such as Global Mean and Global Standard Deviation.
Inter-se-merit while publication of KEAM Rank List 2025
In the case of a tie in the total index marks computed after integrating the total normalised score of the entrance examination with the total standardised score for the preparation of the engineering rank then:
- The candidate with a higher pre-normalised score in Mathematics in the entrance examination will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie still exists, the candidate with a higher pre-normalised score in Physics of the Entrance Examination will be placed higher in the ranking. If there is still a tie, a candidate with higher standardised marks in Mathematics in the final year of the qualifying examination will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie persists, the candidate with higher standardised marks in Physics in the final year of the qualifying examination will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie is still not resolved, the candidate with a higher number of correct responses in Mathematics will be considered. If the tie persists candidate with the correct higher number of responses in Physics will be considered.
- If there is still a tie, the age of the candidate will be considered, and the older candidate will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie remains, the decision of CEE will be final.
Inter-se-merit while publication of KEAM 2025 Rank List
In the case of a tie in the total normalised marks computed for the preparation of the BPharm rank list, the:
- The candidate with the higher pre-normalised score in Chemistry in the Engineering Entrance Examination will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie is still not resolved, the higher pre-normalised score in Physics in the Engineering Entrance Examination will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie is still not resolved, the candidate with the correct higher number of responses in Chemistry in the Engineering Entrance Examination will be considered.
- If the tie persists candidate with the correct higher number of responses in Physics will be considered.
- If there is still a tie, the age of the candidate will be considered, and the older candidate will be placed higher in the ranking.
- If the tie remains, the decision of CEE will be final.
KEAM Rank List 2025 – Important Points to Remember
- Those candidates who do not submit the marks in the final year of the qualifying examination (class 12) through the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations www.cee.kerala.gov.in and who do not upload the mark list of final year of the Qualifying Examination on or before the date specified will not be included in the Engineering KEAM 2025 rank list.
- Candidates included in the Engineering rank list will not be considered for admission to the BArch Course based on their Engineering rank.
- A candidate not appearing for Paper-I (Physics & Chemistry) of the Engineering Entrance Examination will not be considered for preparation of KEAM rank list 2025 for admission to BPharm course.

The selectio process for engineering courses via KEAM includes:
- Qualifying KEAM exam: Engineering aspirants have to appear in KEAM CBT exam by hetting a normalised score of 10.
- Check answer key and result: The result of the KEAM engineering entrance exam and answer keys will be displayed on the official website. candidates can check their qualifying status.
- Submit plus two marks: The candidates who qualify the KEAM exam, have to submit the class 12 marks.
- KEAM ranks: The candidates who submit their plus two scores are included in the KEAM engineering rank list. The rabk list will be prepared by giving equal weightage to plus two marks and KEAM normalised scores.
- CAP: All candidates whose names appear on the KEAM engineering rank list have to appear for the centralised admission process (CAP) for seat allotment in the colleges.
CEE conducts KEAM exam for admission to B.Tech courses. However, allotment of seats is done via KEAM counselling in UG courses of Engineering, Architecture, MBBS BDS Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary, Fisheries, Pharmacy, Co-operation & Banking, B.Tech Bio-Technology, Climate Change & Environmental Science.
CEE is expected to release the KEAM 2026 rank lists a month after KEAM 2026 scores are announced. The KEAM 2026 rank list is made available as a PDF on the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates whose names will appear in the KEAM rank list 2026 will be eligible to participate in the KEAM counselling process.
