MET 2026 cutoff will be released at counseling.manipal.edu. The minimum ranks that will be required to have a better chance of admission will be available through the MET cutoff 2026. Students who meet the cutoff are not guaranteed admission, but they will have higher chances of admission through MET counselling. As per MET eligibility criteria, students should have atleast 50 percent marks in 12th class examination. Students should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and one optional subject.
MET is an annual exam conducted in two sessions to select students for BTech admissions into its participating campuses. Students have to qualify the entrance exam to be eligible for admissions. One or both sessions of the entrance exam can be attempted.

Yes, the round wise MET cutoff will be released online. The cutoff will be different for every course, category and college. Students will be able to access the cutoff after each round of seat allotment. MET cutoff can be used to check for chances of admission
If students attempt both MET exam sessions, then best score out of two will be considered for admission. Students are eligible to attempt one or both sessions of examination. If needed, a third session may also be conducted.

MET 2026 Counselling
MET counselling 2026 will be held online. Qualified candidates will have to participate in MET counselling for admissions into participating campuses. Official MET counseling dates will be announced soon. For registration, candidates will have to log in and update their information. Courses and campuses have to be selected in order of preference. MET 2026 counseling fee has to be paid online through net banking or credit card or debit card.
MET 2026 seat allotment results will be announced online. Seat allotment will be done according to candidate's rank and preference. Once seats are allotted, they will have to confirm admission before final date. Confirmation has to be done by document verification along with fee payment. If admission is not confirmed before last date, allotment will be cancelled.
