NIMCET Dates 2026: The exam body, National Iinstitute of Technology Trichy released the NIMCET 2026 application form on March 3, 2026. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria can apply till May 1, 2026. To register they must visit the official website - nimcet.admissions.nic.in. As per the exam date, the NIMCET entrance test will be held on June 6, 2026. NIMCET 2026 Important Dates Highlights

- NIMCET 2026 Application Form Dates: The exam authorities will release the NIMCET 2026 application form online by the third week of December 2025. Candidates would need to fill out and submit the NIMCET application form before the last date, which is around the second or third week of May 2026. All required personal, academic and contact details must be mentioned on the application form. Registered candidates can access the NIMCET 2026 application form correction facility online.
- NIMCET Admit Card Date: The official NIMCET admit card will be released online. Candidates can access the NIMCET admit card at nimcet.admissions.nic.in. To download the NIMCET 2026 hall ticket, the candidates must log in with their user ID and password.
- NIMCET 2026 Exam Date: The authorities announced the official NIMCET 2026 exam date. Candidates will be able to attempt NIMCET 2026 as a computer-based test on June 6, 2026.
- NIMCET Answer Key Release Date: Exam authorities will initially release the NIMCET 2026 provisional answer key in the 2nd or 3rd week of June 2026. The correct responses to the question paper will be available through the answer key. Objections against the provisional answer key will be accepted against a fee. After checking the objections, the final NIMCET answer key will be released.

Essential Exam Day Guidelines & Requirements
- You are only allowed to carry a pen or pencil for rough work. Extra sheets for rough work will be provided at the exam centre and must be submitted to the invigilator before leaving.
