AIBE 20 (XX) Exam Analysis, Difficulty Level, Students Reaction and Expected Cutoff

The AIBE 20 Student Reaction and Exam Analysis is released. The AIBE 20 (XX) exam was held on November 30, 2025, from 1 PM to 4 PM at various AIBE 20 Centres across the country. AIBE 20 Exam 2025 Student Reaction and Paper Analysis

Brijesh who appeared in AIBE 20 exam in Hindi language has categorised the exam under moderate level. According to him, due to the change in three Laws in the year 2023, there was slight change in understanding the section, however, the topics asked were easy. He faced a little problem while interpreting the questions from Indian Evidence Act (now Bhartiya Sakshaya Adhiniyam, 2023). He desires that AIBE exam should be held in open book format.  

Another candidates, Ravinder Sharma has told Shiksha that the level of exam was moderate. He appeared in Hindi language. The questions were a little tough to crack. 

Nitish, who appeared for the AIBE 20 (XX) exam also found the test as moderate. And he was able to attempt the paper within time. He is a practicing lawyer and connected the questions asked in exam with his court work. As per him, AIBE exam should be held as open book, but many questions are not asked from the book. 

Another AIBE candidate, Bhanshu rated the exam as moderate. As per him, many questions were asked from Income Tax and Intellectual Property Law. There was a question on MC Mehta judgement. The difficulty level of the exam was from moderate to hard. The questions were asked from the Indian Constitution, BNSS, etc. He found 1-2 questions doubtful. 

Another candidate found the AIBE 20 exam as easy and many questions were asked from Criminal Law. There were no unexpected questions and the difficulty level was fine.

Q:   Which is more difficult AIBE or CLAT?
A:

Both exams are national level. While AIBE is a certification exam, CLAT is an entrance exam to get admission into NLUs. The difficulty level of both the exams are more or less same.

A:

It is must for anyone preparing for AIBE Exam to understand the syllabus and exam pattern properly. Once you get clarity on both, you must prepare a plan to crack AIBE Exam. With dedication and daily practice it is not tough to clear AIBE Exam in first attempt.

Q:   What is the total score in AIBE Exam?
A:

The total score in the AIBE is 100 marks, consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions. For each correct answer candidate will be awarded 1 mark. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

AIBE 20 Expected Cutoff 2025

Candidates who appeared in the AIBE exam will be curious to know the AIBE 20 Cutoff.  They must understand that it will be based on the qualifying criteria of the exam. However, the final cutoff will depend on the number of questions to be considered after AIBE provisional answer key objection process. There are chances that a few questions are dropped from the final evaluation paper if errors are found in the AIBE 20 question paper. The expected cutoff marks for AIBE 20 are as follows:

The AIBE Exam will be conducted in 22 languages, including English. The AIBE Exam will be conducted on June 7, 2026.

What Happens After AIBE 20?

Once the AIBE 20 exam is complete, the Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the AIBE 20 Provisional Answer Key. Once it is made available, the examination cell provide the opportunity to challenge the answer key. The AIBE Objection Window 2025 schedule will be released through the AIBE Notification. The BCI will review the objections raised by the candidates, and the AIBE 20 Final Answer Key will be published. The final answer key for AIBE 20 can be used by the candidates to calculate their scores. Once, this process is over, the BCI will announce the AIBE 20 Result.

AIBE 20 (XX) Result Date 2025

The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 20 Result 2025 soon. The result will be released online on AIBE website. The candidates will be able to access their result using the AIBE Login credentials created during the registration. The result will reflect either Pass or Fail. However, the candidate's score or total marks obtained will not be available on the result card. Candidates who pass the AIBE 20 exam will be issued a Certificate of Practice (CoP). This will be an important document required to practice Law in Indian courts.

No, you can not appear for AIBE Exam if you don't have a hall ticket. AIBE Exam is conducted in pen-and-paper mode. Candidates can not appear in any other mode. Candidates can print the admit card by visiting allindiabarexamination.com in case they loose their hall ticket.

No. As per the BCI rules, candidates can not practice in the court of law until they have a certificate of practice. The CoP will be issued only to those who clear the AIBE Exam.
