What next if you fail to clear AIBE?
There is no limit on the number of attempts as per the AIBE eligibility criteria. Also, there are no age restrictions. This means you can reappear for the AIBE in the upcoming session.

Candidates will have to pay INR 500 to apply for the rechecking of AIBE Result/ OMR sheet. Candidates can complete the process by visiting allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates must note that there is no other way to apply for rechecking.
The Bar Council of India will begin the AIBE Result Rechecking Process from January 14, 2026. Candidates could apply until January 23, 2026 by visiting allindiabarexamination.com.
