AIBE 21 Exam 2026: All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law graduates who wish to practice in court. BCI awards a Certificate of Practice (COP) to the students who clear the AIBE exam. It is mandatory to qualify in the AIBE 21 exam 2026.

Both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates or final year students are eligible to appear in the All India Bar Examination. From this year onwards, the Exam will be conducted twice. It is no more open-book exam. Candidates are allowed to take only Bare Acts without comments.
