To identify the best reference material, candidates should check:
AIBE Reference material is free of grammatical errors
Legal concepts are explained clearly
All illustrations, examples, and other such representations are accurate
The reference book for AIBE is reviewed by law experts
It has contained case-laws for a better understanding
It is based on AIBE 20 syllabus only
Until 2020, the AIBE Exam used to be conducted in an open-book format. While many students have requested to make it open book again, no decision on this have been taken so far.
Both exams are national level. While AIBE is a certification exam, CLAT is an entrance exam to get admission into NLUs. The difficulty level of both the exams are more or less same.
Students preparing for the test must take the AIBE mock test. It will help in self-assessment. Also, you will understand the exam difficulty level and improve your time to solve the questions. Taking a mock test for AIBE is not enough; you also need to focus on weak topics for improvement.
