Q:   What is the difference between Logical Reasoning and Analytical Reasoning sections of SLAT?
A:
In SLAT Logical reasoning and Analytical reasoning are two different sections that test different skills of candidates. Logical reasoning is the ability to identify patterns, relationships, and logical connections between different pieces of information. Thus, the Logical Reasoning section of the exam aims to assess the skills of candidates that help them identify patterns, relationships, and logical connections between different pieces of information. It also involves the ability to think critically and make inferences based on the given information. Analytical reasoning, on the other hand, is the ability to analyse complex situations and solve problems. It involves the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and identify the relationships between them. Thus, questions in the SLAT Logical Reasoning section are designed to test the ability of candidates to analyse complex situations and solve problems using their logical thinking abilities.
