
The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) released the TGLAWCET 2026 Application Form on February 10, 2026. The exam authority commenced the TS LAWCET 2026 application process for admission to 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses online at lawcet.tgche.ac.in. Candidates can apply for the TG LAWCET 2026 before the last date of application, April 1, 2026. However, candidates will also be given more options to register for the TGLAWCET 2026 entrance exam with a late fee till May 13, 2026.
The TS LAWCET exam is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2026, in online mode at designated exam centres. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 class with a minimum of 45% marks will be able to apply to the 5-year LLB programme, while those with a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible for admission to the 3-year LLB programme through TS LAWCET. - Payment at TS/AP Online Centre - For this mode of payment, you need to visit a TS/ AP online center; the list of such centers will be notified by the exam officials at the time of the start of the application form. TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2026
Osmania University will conduct the Telangana LAWCET 2026 in a Computer-Based Test mode. To be considered for admission, the candidate will have to qualify in the exam, securing minimum qualifying marks. The TG LAWCET 2026 application form for five-year integrated LLB courses and three-year LLB courses is the same. Candidates can select their respective courses at the time of registration only.
Moreover, candidates applying for TG LAWCET need not apply separately for colleges accepting TG LAWCET scores.

Before filling out the TG LAWCET application form 2026, candidates also need to consider the following important points related to the TG LAWCET eligibility:
- Candidates who are appearing in the Class 12 or graduation final exam must have their final year marksheet at the time of TG LAWCET counselling 2026 to get admission to a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB programme.
- Aspirants who have completed a polytechnic degree can apply for the TG LAWCET.
- The polytechnic degree will be considered equivalent to a Class 12 degree.
- Individuals who have completed their graduation through a single sitting exam without appearing in the first- and second-year exams are not eligible for TG LAWCET 2026 3-year LLB course admissions.
- Candidates who complete their education through an open university system are not eligible for admission to a 5-year LLB course or a 3-year LLB course through the TS LAWCET 2026 exam.
