TG LAWCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates should have completed their Class 12 from a recognised state or national board.
- The candidate must have secured the minimum marks in class 12th. For General Category Candidates: 45%, OBC Candidates: 42%, and SC / ST Category Candidates: 40%
- There is no upper age limit.
TG LAWCET Eligibility Criteria for 3-Year LLB course-
- Candidates should have passed graduation from any stream from a recognised university.
- Candidates who are appearing in their final year can also apply.
- The candidate must have secured the minimum marks in a bachelor’s degree. For General Category Candidates: 45%, OBC Candidates: 42%, SC / ST Category Candidates: 40%
- There is no upper age limit.
TG LAWCET 2026 Application Process
The TG LAWCET 2026 registration is likely to begin in March 2026, on the official TG LAWCET portal, lawcet.tsche.ac.in. The registration for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB through TG PGLCET 2026 will begin on the same date. The registration cum application form for TG LAWCET 2026 is only be made available online. Candidates need to note that the TS LAWCET 2026 exam date for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses will also be the same. The exam will be conducted online at test centres allotted to candidates.
TS LAWCET admit card 2026 will be released on the website of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE): lawcet.tgche.ac.in. The admit card will be released in online mode only as TS LAWCET hall ticket tentatively 7-10 days before the exam. Candidates will have to download the admit card before the TS LAWCET 2026 exam and take its multiple printouts. They need to affix their coloured passport-size photograph to their TS LAWCET hall ticket or admit card.

TG LAWCET 2026 Admit Card
The TGLAWCET Admit Card will be released a few days before the exam. The TG LAWCET hall ticket will be released only for those candidates who register for the exam. The TG LAWCET Admit card will mention the roll number of the candidate, exam centre address, personal details, exam timing, etc. Check how to download TG LAWCET Admit Card below.
- Visit the TS LAWCET website- lawcet.tgche.ac.in.
- Click on 'Download Hall Ticket' in the latest update section, and a new tab will open up.
- On the hall ticket login window, enter the following: Registration number and Date of birth (in Day/Month/Year format).
- Qualifying exam hall ticket number (Class 12 hall ticket number for the five-year integrated LLB course and Degree hall ticket as registered for the three-year LLB course).
- Click on the “Download Hall Ticket” button, and the admit card will appear on the screen
- Cross-check all the details mentioned in it, and in case of any discrepancy, report it to TGCHE.

The TS LAWCET exam is conducted in three languages: Telugu, English, and Urdu. These languages are predominantly used in Telangana for communication, which is why they are chosen for the TS LAWCET test papers. The question paper is provided to candidates in a bilingual format, as mentioned below:

- English/Urdu
Candidates can read the question paper in any of the languages listed above, depending on their preference. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions, and to answer, candidates only need to select the correct option.
TS LAWCET 2026 will be conducted in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages. Candidates will have the option to select the language. The TS LAWCET exam will be held online.
TS LAWCET 2026 application window will be extended by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad in case the need arises. The exam authority will release the TS LAWCET 2026 (TG LAWCET 2026) applications tentatively in March 2026. Candidates will also be given chance to fill the TGLAWCET and TGPGLCET Application Form 2026 without a late fee.

TG LAWCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines
The TG LAWCET 2026 exam day guidelines will be mentioned on the admit card. The TG LAWCET exam day guidelines include the instructions candidates need to follow on the exam day. Candidates can check the important TG LAWCET exam day instructions below.
- Candidates must reach their exam centre as per the reporting time. It is advised to reach half an hour before for the smooth conduct of the examination
- Must carry the TG LAWCET Admit card and a valid photo ID proof at the exam centre.
- Carry only the permitted items inside the exam hall, such as the admit card, ID proof, and water bottle.
- Deposit your bags and other belongings at the designated place.
- Electronic devices (mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, etc.), Study material, Papers, etc are prohibited at the centre.
TG LAWCET 2026 Answer Key
The TG LAWCET 2026 Answer Key will be released after the exam. The TGCHE will first release the TG LAWCET Provisional Answer Key and allow candidates to raise objections on that for a specific time period. After considering all the valid objection the council will release the TG LAWCET Final Answer Key 2026, which will decide the result.

The TGLAWCET Exam will be conducted on the scheduled date (18th May, 2026). After a few days of the exam, candidates will be able to check their TG LAWCET 2026 Results using the process given below. The TGCHE may release the TG LAWCET Result along with the final answer key.

TG LAWCET 2026 Counselling Process
The TG LAWCET counselling process for the TSLAWLCET exam will be started few days after the declaration of the result on the TGCHE official website. The counselling process comprises online registration, web options exercise, seat allotment list, and college reporting. The students whose names appear in the seat allotment list will have to report to the allocated college as per the schedule for document verification and seat confirmation.
