Film and Television Institute of India has announced FTII JET exam dates 2026 on the official website. The exam schedule for FTII JET Stage 1 exam is available in the admission prospectus 2026. The FTII JET 2026 exam for first stage will be conducted on April 26, 2026, in two shifts. The schedule for FTII JET Stage 2 exam will be shared by the institute, along with Stage 1 result. Only candidates who will pass the first stage FTII JET entrance exam will be allowed to appear for Stage 2. The FTII JET Stage 2 exam will be conducted tentatively in June and July 2026.

Film and Television Institute of India released the application schedule on its official website's Announcement Page. Students who wish to appear for FTII JET entrance exam must register before deadline. The application window for FTII JET 2026 exam has closed. The FTII JET application form is made available in online mode. Candidates have to pay the application fee only in online mode. While filling online form, candidates have to select one or two courses they wish to pursue. Students must keep the following documents required for FTII JET application ready with them beforehand:

The FTII JET cut off is defined based on various factors such as the exam's difficulty level, total number of applicants who appeared in the exam and the shifts under which the exam is conducted. FTII JET Result Date 2026

FTII will release FTII JET result 2026 for Stage 1 and Stage 2 at ftii.ac.in/en. Candidates who will appear for FTII JET Stage 1 exam 2026 on April 26, will be able to check their names in merit list, tentatively in May 2026. Candidates with their names in FTII JET Stage 1 merit list can take FTII JET Stage 2 exam. Once both stages are conducted successfully, Film and Television Institute of India will announce final FTII JET 2026 result with names, roll number and marks of selected candidates eligible for counselling and further admission process.

Selected candidates have to pay FTII JET seat acceptance fee to secure their seat at the institute for their selected course. Usually, the fee amount is INR 50,000, which is to be paid on SBI portal link (to be shared by FTII). No, a candidate cannot fill FTII JET application form offline. The Film and Television Institute of India releases JET registration form in online mode and candidates have to fill and submit the same in online form only. No offline application form will be accepted by FTII for entrance exam.
