TS ICET 2022 Toppers: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will soon release the TS ICET result. Candidates will come across the TS ICET 2022 rank while checking the result. TS ICET 2022 ranks will be the key deciding factor for MBA and MCA admission 2022-23. The TS ICET exam was conducted online on July 27 and 28. TS ICET 2022 toppers list will be released along with the rank card. The TS ICET 2022 rank card includes overall score, sectional score, rank, registration number, name, etc.

List of TS ICET 2022 Toppers
TS ICET 2022 rank cards have been released. The list of TS ICET toppers are out after the declaration of the TS ICET results 2022. The table below mentions the names of the top rank holders along with the TS ICET marks:
TGCHE allocates the responsibility for conducting TS ICET exam to a participating university in Telangana. The conducting body for TG ICET exam can change every year with the release of CET calendar.
TG CET calendar is released for all Common Entrance Test (CET) in Telangana. This CET calendar indicates the exam date for all TG CETs and the conducting universities. Each year, TG CET calendar is released in the last week of January or the first week of February.
Candidates are not allowed to carry anything inside the TSICET exam centre, but only a few items required during the test. Officials at tha TSICET exam centre will deny entry to the centre until any such prohibited material is found during the frisking process.
Items allowed in the TSICET test centre include: -

How to Download TS ICET Rank Card?
Candidates can download the TS ICET 2022 rank card online while checking the result. The stepwise process to check the result and download the TS ICET rank card is as follows:
1st Step: Visit the official examination website, that is icet.tsche.ac.in
2nd Step: Click on the link reading ‘View TS ICET Rank Card/Check TS ICET Results’
3rd Step: Enter the login credentials, including

Calculation of TS ICET 2022 Score
TSCHE will calculate TS ICET score using the pre-defined marking scheme. TS ICET marking scheme leads to raw score calculation. The space below mentions the TS ICET marking scheme and formula to calculate the raw score:
- (+) 1 mark for each correct response
- No negative marking for incorrect responses
- No negative marking for unattempted questions
TS ICET Raw Score = Number of correct responses x 1
TS ICET 2022 Normalisation Process
TS ICET exam is conducted across two days in more than one shift. TSCHE has adopted a formula to relatively scale the raw scores of all candidates across shifts. This nullifies any advantage or disadvantage caused due to the difficulty level of the TS ICET exam. The formula to normalise TS ICET scores is mentioned below:
- SASD: Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of the section of a particular session.
- GASD: Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of all the candidates across all sessions of all sections put together
- STA: Average score of the top 0.1 per cent of the test takers in a section of a particular session.
- GTA: Average mark of the top 0.1 per cent of all the candidates across all the sessions of sections put together.

TS ICET Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case two or more candidates have an equal normalised score, TSCHE will resolve the ties by following the below-mentioned criteria:
- Candidates with a higher normalised score in Section A will be prioritised, while rank allotment.
- If the tie prevails, candidates with a higher normalised score in Section B will be considered for a better rank.
- If the tie still persists, TSCHE provides a better rank to the older candidate as per the date of birth mentioned in the SSC certificate.
TS ICET 2022 Rank Allotment
TSCHE holds the responsibility to rank candidates. Allotment of TS ICET rank is based on the normalised scores of the candidates. Candidates with a higher overall normalised score will be prioritised for rank allotment.
TS ICET Qualifying Cutoff
Candidates must secure the passing marks as mentioned in the table below to be considered for rank allotment:

After normalisation, if a candidate's score drops in negative, the score is considered zero. Candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible for rank allotment even if they score 0. Whereas unreserved category candidates will get disqualified for rank allotment if their score drops below 25 per cent.

What After Release of TS ICET 2022 Results?
After the TS ICET 2022 results declaration, candidates need to visit the official website and download the rank card. TS ICET rank card is a crucial document required during the counselling process. The counselling details will be released within two to three weeks after the TS ICET result date. Eligible candidates can participate in the TS ICET web counselling at tsicet.nic.in.
Candidates who do not qualify for the TS ICET 2022 counselling can apply for other MBA entrance exams. The registration window for several exams, including Karnataka PGCET, NMAT, SNAP, CAT, and CMAT, are yet to close.
