TGICET Exam Day Guidelines 2025: Telangana Council of Higher Education is conducting TG ICET exam on June 8 and 9. A good score in a competitive exam is a result of how well the exam day is spent. If one manages to keep calm, it will be a smooth ride; but if they don’t, they might find themselves in a tight spot. TGICET exam is a gateway to MBA and MCA admissions at institutes situated in Telangana.

As the date is nearing, here is an exhaustive guide related to do's and dont's on the TS ICET 2025 exam day along with the exam day checklist.
TG ICET Exam Day Checklist and Guidelines: Do's
Candidates must do the following things on the TS ICET examination day to score well in the exam.
- Wake up early on the TGICET exam day, revise important formulae and topics using the short notes.
- Depart for the TS ICET test centre early to reach at least two hourse before the exam schedule. Check the address of your TS ICET exam centre and check the status of real time traffic from your residence to the exam centre. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the commencement of the exam even if he/she is late by a minute.
- Reach the exam centre at least one and a half hour before TG ICET 2025 exam starts to complete the identity without compromising on the safety measures and mandatory frisking.
- Carry TG ICET 2025 hall ticket, photo ID card, blue/ black ballpoint pen, and transparent water bottle to the exam centre.
- Check the hall number allotted against the TS ICET hall ticket number and take your seat. Sitting on any other seat will lead to a waste of time and hassle inside the exam hall.
- Listen the instructions laid by the invigilator and appearing on the login screen before you start the exam.
- You can answer questions from any section of the TGICET exam without a sectional time limit. Additionally, candidates can navigate between sections freely. Therefore, focus on answering questions from the section where you feel most confident.
- Be mindful of the time you are taking to solve and review each question. Since there is no sectional time limit, you must manage the time properly to be able to attempt all the questions in the prescribed time duration.
- Invigilator will provide you a sheet for all the rough work. You must note important formulaes that are typically hard to remember.
- In case you feel a particular question is taking toon much time, mark the same for review and proceed with other questions to avoid breaking the flow.
- Plan the time for each section considering the previous sessions exam analysis.
- Report any kind of technical glitches immediately after facing the same to the concerned authorities.

TGCHE allocates the responsibility for conducting TS ICET exam to a participating university in Telangana. The conducting body for TG ICET exam can change every year with the release of CET calendar.
TG CET calendar is released for all Common Entrance Test (CET) in Telangana. This CET calendar indicates the exam date for all TG CETs and the conducting universities. TG ICET exam dates 2026 is out. MGU, Nalgonda will conduct TG ICET 2026 exam on May 13 and 14.
TG ICET Exam Instructions: Don’ts
Candidates must keep in mind and avoid following mistakes on the TS ICET exam day.
- Do not carry any electronic items, including smartphone, Bluetooth device, earphones, digital watch, Mathematical/Log-tables, pager and health band, etc.
- Do not wear large spectacles or any other fashion accessories on the exam day.
- Do not carry a digital copy or photocopy of TGICET admit card and photo ID proof. Only a hard copy of the hall ticket is accepted by the officials.
- Do not sign the TS ICET admit card beforehand.
- Do not carry any beverage or eatables to the exam centre except the transparent water bottle
- Do not touch the keyboard or hover mouse to view other sections of the page before the invigilator’s announcement to start the test.
- Do not move from your seat after the completion of the test until the announcement is made to leave the exam hall.
- In case of tricky questions, do not panic and try to figure out what the question is asking. Don’t waste much time on it and move on to the easier set of questions.
- Do not panic at any point of time during the exam. If you find a question tough, skip it and move on to another without wasting much time.
- Do not keep the rough sheet with you. Candidates must submit it along with the answer sheet.
