Last Day Preparation Tips for TGICET 2025
Revise Notes, Shortcuts & Key formulae
With a day left for the TGICET exam, candidates should not start with any new topic and focus on revisiting short notes, important formulas and shortcut tricks. You should avoid learning new topics from books or mugging up theories. It can create confusion and increase your stress level. Also, be very careful about the mistakes you have committed while taking mocks and practice tests and ensure that you don't repeat those in the actual exam.
Stay Calm & Positive
It may be easier said than done but you must keep in mind that fretting unnecessarily would only harm your preparations. Just stay calm and tell yourself that you will give your best shot in this exam. You can take a stroll or listen to your favourite music or meditate to keep yourself fresh and composed. Follow good hygiene, avoid junk food and take proper sleep during the preparation period.
Make a list
To avoid any last-minute hassle, make a list of essentials needed for the examination day. You must keep your TGICET hall ticket and identity card handy because these are to be presented at the time of verification. Also keep aside permitted items, mask, gloves and sanitiser. You must be ready to give your best on the examination day.
Devise your exam day strategy
You need to have a clear vision for your exam. If you have practised at least a dozen mocks, it will be easier for you to set out a defined strategy for your exam which includes, the sequence of attempts, time to be spent on each section, tackling section-wise questions and contingency plan. It is always advisable to start your paper with your strongest area and spare little time for revisiting the question paper in the last few minutes.
Steer clear of peer pressure
One should not get bogged down by unnecessary pressure during the last days to the exam. If you are in touch with your peers who may or may not be in a better position in terms of exam preparation, you must not go into details of what you have covered or left so far. It may create unnecessary pressure on you. Stay confident and put your best foot forward during the exam.
Monitor Your Health
Before reaching the TS ICET exam centre, you must do a thorough health checkup and ensure that you do not have any of the COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, flu. breathing problems, etc. In case of any symptoms or indisposition, you have to consult with your doctor and follow the suggestions.
