TS ICET 2026 exam centres are situated across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the list of TSICET exam centres. Candidates need to choose their preferred exam centre while filling TG ICET 2026 application form. In case seats are not available in a particular city, the examining authority will be within its right to change the candidate’s TS ICET exam centre 2026 to another city. Candidates will find the exam centre with complete address mentioned on the hall ticket of TS ICET 2026 exam.

TGCHE conducts Telangana ICET exam in multiple cities across 20 regional zones in Telangana. Candidates have to choose three preferred TS ICET test cities while filling the online application form. TGCHE allocates the test centre in one of the three test zone preferences

Q:   How to know TSICET exam centre address?
A: 
TSICET exam centre address is mentioned on the admit card. Candidates will know the complete address of the TSICET centre after Kakatiya University issues the hall ticket. Besides the exam centre address, candidates will find the evam date, shift time, and other exam day guidelines on the TSICET hall ticket. Before issuance of the TSICET hall ticket, candidates can only predict the test zone based on preference added while filling the application form. Kakatiya University will not entertain ant requests to know exam centre address before issuance of the hall ticket.
Q:   What are the items that can be carried inside the TSICET exam centre?
A: 

Candidates are not allowed to carry anything inside the TSICET exam centre, but only a few items required during the test. Officials at tha TSICET exam centre will deny entry to the centre until any such prohibited material is found during the frisking process.

Items allowed in the TSICET test centre include: -

  • Transparent water bottle

As per the TS ICET notification, Hyderabad is divided into four test zones for TS ICET exam. While filling the form, candidates can check the TSICET test centre zone wise location to get the centre in particular areas of the state.

Q:   What happens if my computer system faces a technical glitch while taking the computer-based test at TSICET exam centre?
A: 
In case of any technical issues with the computer system, candidates must report the issue to the invigilator immediately. Computer systems in an online exam are connected to a server. Whenever the system hands or shuts down, the timer of the online test will stop and will resume when the candidate accesses the login dashboard again. Candidates will be allotted another system to take the TSICET computer-based test. The test will commence from the time where it got stuck. Therefore, candidates will not lose time in case of a technical issue in the system at the test centre. However, there is very less chance of any fault or issue in the system at TSICET exam centre as the systems go through quality checks before the commencement of the exam.

Q:   Is there any option to choose TSICET exam center?
A: 
Yes. Candidates can choose the TSICET exam zone while filling the application form. Kakatiya University has clubbed the TSICET exam centres within a particular TSICET exam zone. Candidates have to choose the preferred TSICET zone. The test centre within the exam zone will be allotted by the Kakatiya University. Candidates will not be allowed to request for a change in test centre location. Kakatiya University only asks the candidates about their test centre preference for TSICET the exam centre is allotted considering multiple factors, including the number of applicants interested to appear in a particular zone.
Q:   How many centers is TSICET exam conducted in?
A: 
Kakatiya University will conduct TSICET exam across 20 test zones in Telangana. These test zones have further test locations where the exam will be conducted. Collectively, these 20 test zones have 50+ test centre locations. Candidates filling the TSICET application form have to use fill the preferred test zone to appear for the exam. Kakatiya University will allot a test centre based on the preference of the candidate, available seats in the test centre, number of candidates interested in a particular location, etc.

TS ICET Test Centre: Dos and Don’ts

Candidates are required to undergo an elaborate verification process before entering the TSICET test centre.  Refer to the list of Dos and Don’ts that the candidates must adhere to at the examination centre

Dos

  • Carry TSICET hall tickets along with a Photo-Id proof (in original) to the exam centre.
  • Reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the reporting time
  • Affix the same photograph on Admit Card which was uploaded for the application form
  • Wear a face mask throughout the duration spent in and around the centre, carry a transparent water bottle and hand sanitiser (50 ml)
  • Maintain social distancing norms
  • Co-operate with the test centre staff during the verification process

Don’ts

  • Do not carry electronic devices such as calculators, mobile phones, pagers, etc. to the exam centre
  • Eatables are prohibited inside the examination hall
  • Entry inside the exam centre will be closed as soon as the exam starts
  • Stationaries like Geometry/Pencil box, Handbag, Purse are also not allowed inside the exam hall

Q:   When will TGCHE conduct Telangana ICET exam?
A: 

TGCHE allocates the responsibility for conducting TS ICET exam to a participating university in Telangana. The conducting body for TG ICET exam can change every year with the release of CET calendar.

TG CET calendar is released for all Common Entrance Test (CET) in Telangana. This CET calendar indicates the exam date for all TG CETs and the conducting universities. TG ICET exam dates 2026 is out. MGU, Nalgonda will conduct TG ICET 2026 exam on May 13 and 14.

Q:   How many TSICET test zones can be selected while filling application form?
A: 
Via the application form, Kakatiya University asks for three test zone preferences from the aspirants. While allotting a test centre, Kakatiya University considers the first preference of the TSICET exam zone. In case the seats are not available in the first test zone preference, the subsequent preferences will be considered for TSICET test centre allotment. Candidates need to choose zone, Kakatiya University will allot any centre available in that particular test zone. The test zone. Q:   How to add test center preference in TSICET application form?
A: 

Candidates filling the online application form for TSICET have to choose one test zone preference. Kakatiya University tries to allot a test centre in the test zone selected by the applicant. To choose the test zone while filling the form, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below: 1) Pay TSICET application fee 2) Fill online application form 3) Upload photograph and signature 4) Choose test zones in order of preference Candidates filling and submitting the TSICET application will be submitting the preferred test zone for admission test.

Q:   Can I change the exam centre after issuance of the TSICET hall ticket?
A: 

No. Exam centre cannot be changed by the applicant. Kakatiya University considers the exam zone preference chosen by the candidate in the application form to allot the TSICET centre. Candidates will have to appear for the TSICET exam at the exam centre mentioned in the hall ticket. Kakatiya University will not entertain any requests for change in the TSICET exam centre after issuance of the hall ticket. However, candidates who wish to change the exam zone can do so via the application form correction window.

TGICET hall ticket will be released after the form correction window is closed.
