AIIMS PG Exam Day Tip #2: Do Not Leave Exam Hall Before Final Bell

We know that the environment in the examination hall can be overwhelming and you might want to leave as soon as the test is complete. But, experts suggest otherwise. Use the remaining time to check if you have missed a question, or maybe you forgot to submit an answer and it is still marked for review.

AIIMS PG Exam Day Tip #3: Negative Marking

Studies suggest that during the last 30 minutes of the examination students often give in to the urge to mark the maximum number of answers. This can be detrimental to their scorecards. Simply put, do not randomly guess the answers. Mark only those answers about which you are at least 70 per cent certain. For your reference, a table summarising the marking scheme of AIIMS PG exam is given below.

AIIMS PG Exam Day Tip #4: Relax & Rest

You have worked hard during the preparation phase, but now is not the time to waste your energy. This is the time to reap the benefits of all that hard work. So put all the books aside and relax. A good night’s sleep will help recollect things better, and will also improve your efficiency.

AIIMS PG Exam Day Tip #5: Do Not Be Late

Reaching the exam centre on time is important. Google Maps may tell you that you will reach in 30 minutes, but it won’t take into account a sudden situation of traffic congestion. So, try reaching the exam centre at least two hours before the exam starts.

We hope that you find these AIIMS PG exam day tips useful. All the best for your exam.
