GPAT 2025 registration is over now. All those applicants who want to fill out the GPAT application form and appear in the exam are advised to fill out the application form next year. The GPAT final edit window 2025 was closed on May 9, 2025. All candidates who incorrectly uploaded documents were advised to make corrections for deficiencies related to the uploaded images (photograph, signature, thumb impression). Only students who filled out the application form within the given date and made any mistakes in the application form will be able to make corrections. Candidates were able to modify the GPAT form 2025 until the last date, May 11, 2025

To correct the GPAT application form 2025, students needed to visit the official website at natboard.edu.in. Users can also access the GPAT registration correction window given below on this page. The last date for GPAT 2025 registration was April 21, 2025. The GPAT 2025 registration process is being carried out by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).

GPAT Registration Process 2025 - Documents Required

The list of important documents required at the time of the GPAT 2025 registration process is given below:

  • Qualification details
  • Scanned passport-sized photograph (size between 10 kb - 200 kb in JPG/JPEG format)
  • Scanned signature (size between 4 kb - 30 kb in JPG/JPEG format)
  • A valid Email ID

Q:   What documents need to be uploaded while filling out the GPAT application form?
A: 

At the time of GPAT 2025 application process, a candidate need to upload his/her passport-size photograph and signature images while filling out the application form. The passport-size photograph should be in JPG format and between 10 kb to 200 kb. The passport-size signature should be in JPG format and between 4 kb to 30 kb.

As per the NBE guidelines, a legible scanned images of a recent passport size photograph (file size 10Kb to 200Kb) should be either in colour or black & white with 80 percent face, without mask visible including ears against white background; and candidate's signature file size: 4 kb to 30 kb, PwD Certificate (if applicable) file size 50 kb to 300 kb, needs to be uploaded at the time of GPAT 2024 registration. 

Q:   I appeared for the GPAT exam last year. Can I again apply this year as well?
A: 

Yes, there is no restrictions on the number of attempts that a candidate can give to appear for the GPAT entrance exam. However, there is a lower age limit to appear for the exam. Candidates not less than 17 years of age can only apply for the GPAT exam. The GPAT 2025 application process is generally conducted for a period of 30 days. The GPAT 2025 registration process will be organised online at the official admission portal. It is mandatory to register for the exam in order to apply for the MPharma course.

Q:   How do I register to fill out the GPAT application form?
A: 

National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is the prime body that is responsible for organising and releasing the exam schedule and exam registration for the pharmacy entrance exam.

Candidates need to visit the official website to register. Thereafter, online registration and will have to be done through which a system-generated application number is generated. After filling in important details, upload scanned images such as a passport-sized photograph and a scanned copy of the signature. After completing all these steps, application fee payment is the next important and mandatory step. Choose the desired mode of payment (Net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ e-challan). At the end, a confirmation page will appear on the screen. Download the copy of that page for future reference.

The following table shows the category-wise application fee for GPAT 2025. The GPAT application fee for the present year is notified by the authorities on the official website. It is increased in comparison to the previous year exam.

Q:   What is the GPAT application fee?
A: 

NBE shared category-wise GPAT application fee through the official notification at official website.

The GPAT application fee for General/OBC/EWS category is INR 3500. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/TRANSGENDER the GPAT application fee is INR 2500. A candidates will have to pay applicable service/processing charges & GST over and above the examination fee via concerned Bank/ Payment Gateway Integrator.

Q:   Can I pay the GPAT application fee via cash?
A: 

The GPAT application fee will be paid through the bank e-challan in case the candidates opt for the cash payment option. For this, candidates are required to take the printout of challan format from the official website of GPAT. Later, visit the Bank and pay the required fee according to their category (SC/ST/General/OBC). Collect the Challan receipt and enter the challan number while filling the online application form. The GPAT application fee for General/OBC category was INR 2200. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/TRANSGENDER the GPAT application fee was INR 1100.

Q:   Can I pay the GPAT application fee by demand draft?
A: 
No. The application fee can only be paid through online mode. You can pay the application fee through the following methods available online such as: 1. Credit Card 2. Debit Card 3. Internet Banking 4. UPI 5. Paytm It was recommended by NTA-GPAT to make the application fee payment using Canara/ICICI Bank through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI and keep proof of fee paid. Candidates are informed that the 'Confirmation Page' of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee, then the candidate should approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway.

How to fill GPAT Application Form 2025?

Candidates are advised to follow the step-by-step process to fill out the GPAT application form as mentioned below: 

  • Go to the official website -natboard.edu.in
  • Students need to click on "New Registration"
  • Enter details such as Email ID, mobile number, and create a password
  • Log in using the application number and password and fill out the application form
  • Upload a scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph and signature
  • Make the application fees through (Net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ e-challan) options.

Q:   In case I fail to appear for the GPAT exam, will the GPAT application fee get refunded?
A: 
The GPAT application fee is non-refundable. Once the application form is submitted at the website, no refund will be given to the candidates by the exam conducting body. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate.
Q:   What is the size of the Scanned passport-sized photograph that needs to be uploaded at the time of filling the GPAT application form?
A: 

Candidates will have to upload Scanned passport-sized photograph and Scanned signature of size between 10 kb to 200 kb in JPG or JPEG format and size between 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG or JPEG format respectively at the time of filling the GPAT 2024 application form. The GPAT application correction facility allows candidates to make amends to this section also.

Q:   What type of details do I have to enter while filling out the GPAT application form?
A: 

Initially, the candidate would be required to provide Email Id and Mobile No. to generate GPAT Application Number. Once the application no is generated, the applicants will have to enter their personal details such as name, father's name, address, contact number, email address and academic details such as class 10 and class 12 marks along with graduation marks and certificates. Candidates shall ensure that the information entered by them in their respective online Application Form is correct. Any request for change in such particulars after the closure of correction period will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances.

How to Make Corrections in GPAT 2025 Application Form?

The exam conducting authority will open the correction window after the registration is over. Students will be able to make corrections onlineCandidates have to follow the steps given below to make corrections in GPAT application form 2025:

  • Visit the official website of GPAT

  • Click on the tab ‘Correction For GPAT 2025’

  • Enter the Application Number, Password, and Security Pin

  • Click on the ‘Sign In’ tab

  • Make necessary corrections and changes

  • Click on the agreement checkbox and make the final submission

After the GPAT 2025 correction is over, the authority will open the pre-final and final edit window to modify the changes in the application form.

No, the student cannot fill out the GPAT 2025 application form directly without registering yourself on the NBEMS GPAT portal. GPAT 2025 registration is mandatory to apply for the national-level entrance exam. GPAT registration was started on April 1, 2025. The application window required candidates to provide personal and academic details as well.

The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is an annual all-India examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to evaluate candidates for admission to Master's (M. Pharm) programmes in pharmacy.  The exam will be conducted in online/computer-based mode. A total of 800 pharmaceutical participating institutes are expected to participate in GPAT 2025. The participating institutes include prominent colleges, universities, and institutions that offer M.Pharm courses and are AICTE approved

Q:   Is GPAT an online or offline exam?

National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducts GPAT entrance exam in online mode. The MPharma entrance exam is organised at the designated test centers across several cities in India. On the day of the examination, each candidate will be allotted a computer terminal at the exam centre where they will have to input correct answers against the questions being asked in the exam. This edit window is open between April 25 to 28, 2025. However, after the final submission, no further changes will be accepted.

NBEMS announced the exam schedule for GPAT 2025 in the official notification. This year GPAT application form could be filled out for a period of 20 days. The last date to apply online for GPAT was April 21, 2025

Please note that a candidate can submit only one application form to apply for the exam. Multiple application form entries were not accepted.

After the registration process, an application correction window was opened to facilitate candidates in making a few changes to the GPAT 2025 application form. This facility provided applicants a chance to rectify incorrect information entered in the application form. However, any request for a change in information after the application correction facility closes will not be entertained.

Q:   Can I get a refund if I decide not to appear for the GPAT exam after registration?
A: 

No, Applicants who are planning to appear in GPAT exam must note that there will be no refund if the candidates who completed the registration and pay the application fees. Hence one must be very careful before filling the form and submit the fees while appearing in the exam. 

Q:   Can I change my exam centre choice in GPAT application form after submitting the form?
A: 

Candidates need to contact the administrative authorities in such situations. However, it is not possible to change the GPAT exam centre once the choices are locked and entered. Even at the stage of GPAT application correction, candidates do not get the option to change the GPAT exam centre.
