SHIAT application form 2022 has been released online. The last date to submit application form was July 10. Candidates could fill SHIATS entrance exam 2022 application form both offline as well as online. There is a common application form for SHUATS admissions and aspirants need to fill the same irrespective of the fact whether admission is offered on the basis of an entrance exam/direct interview or at the UG, PG, BEd, MEd, BPEd and diploma level. As part of application form for SHIATS entrance exam 2022 candidates need to fill two forms.

SHIAT Application Form 2022: Offline Mode

Candidates can obtain the prospectus and SHIATS entrance exam application form by sending a crossed bank draft or through cash payment from the university fee counter. The bank draft needs to be sent by registered post in favour of Registrar, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad. To pay the application fee - postal orders, cheques and money orders are not accepted. 

Aspirants need to duly fill SHIATS form A as well as B and thereafter accompany the same with an “account payee bank draft of prescribed entrance test/direct interview fee in favour of SHUATS, payable at Allahabad or a university cash receipt of the aforesaid amount must reach – The Registrar, SHUATS, PO. Agricultural Institute, Allahabad”, as per the SHIATS Entrance Exam schedule.

How to fill SHIATS 2022 Application Form (Online)

Aspirants need to follow the below mentioned steps in order to duly fill and submit their SHIATS entrance exam 2020 application form.

Step 1: Fill SHIATS Application Form A

Candidates need to fill form A for SHIATS entrance exam with black pen only. Candidates are informed that Form A of SHIATS application form will be scanned by a computer. This form needs to be filled in capital letters only. In each box, one character/number should only be filled. Details that need to be filled in SHIATS Form A are as mentioned below:

Step 2: Fill SHIATS Application Form B

Candidates need to fill form B for SHIATS entrance exam with black pen only. Candidates are informed that Form B of SHIATS application form will not be scanned by a computer. Details that need to be filled in SHIATS form B are as mentioned below:

Step 3: Get Query Number and Query Code

Once candidates submit their online application form for SHIATS entrance exam they will get a Query Number and Query Code. Aspirants are advised to note down their Query Number and Query Code as the same needs to be used by them for all further correspondence.

Step 4: Upload photograph

Aspirants need to upload their passport size photograph which needs to be less than 40 KB in size.

Step 5: Pay SHIATS 2022 Application Fee

Candidates can pay the application fee for SHUATS entrance exam at PNB Bank or at Axis Bank branches in India or even by means of SBI net banking (SBI Collect) through debit card/ credit card, etc. After the application fee has been paid then a copy of the challan duly affixed with a photograph must reach the Registrar’s office as per SHIATS Entrance exam schedule.

Step 6: Take a print of SHIATS entrance exam application form

Lastly, candidates need to take a clear print of their SHIAT Entrance Exam Online Application Form. Next, they need to affix their photo in the printout of SHIATS online form and thereafter fill the payment details. Candidates also need to write their SHUATS Query Number, Name and Contact Phone Number on the back-side of the payment details.
