No. The candidates will be able to access subject-wise TS ECET mock test. Since the candidates will have to answer separate Engineering question papers as per the choice of subject, the candidates will be able to choose the mock test that will have questions from their chosen branch. The questions from Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry will be common. Candidates are advised to check the official TS ECET pattern to learn more about the subjects that need to be studied for the examination.

The authorities of Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE will release the TS ECET mock test online at ecet.tsche.ac.in. No other mode will be use to make the TS ECET mock test available for the candidates. It is to be noted that the candidates do not require login credentials to access the mock test of TS ECET. Separate mock tests are available for every Engineering paper that the candidates will be able to select during the TS ECET registration process.

Osmania University on behalf TSCHE has released the TS ECET 2025 exam date at the official website. Applicants can check TS ECET exam date at ecet.tsche.ac.in. TS ECET 2025 exam was conducted in online computer based mode on May 12. Applicants appearing in the exam had to carry their TS ECET admit card 2025 along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre on exam day.

Q:   Can I skip questions in the TS ECET mock test?
A: 

Yes. Candidates will be able to skip the questions in the TS ECET mock test using the navigational panel located on the top of the screen. Using the section tabs, the candidates will be able to navigate themselves to the section and question of their choice. However, the candidates are advised to come back to the skipped questions and answer it before the end of the examination. No extra time will be provided to the candidates to attempt the skipped questions.

Q:   Are mock tests important for TS ECET preparation?
A: 

Yes. Mock tests are very important for the preparation of TS ECET. Through mock tests, the candidates will be able to understand how the entrance examination will be conducted and its corresponding pattern. Mock tests will also allow the candidates to understand their current preparation progress and identity their commonly made mistakes. The candidates can rectify their commonly made mistakes before the examination. Mock tests also help the candidates to boost their time management skills. 

Q:   What is the division of questions in the TS ECET paper?
A: 

TS ECET question paper consists of multiple-choice questions. During the entrance examination, the candidates will have to solve and answer 200 objective questions that are divided as per the subject. There are a total of 50 questions for Mathematics, 25 for Physics, 25 for Chemistry and 100 questions for the preferred Engineering paper. The candidates will have to choose their preferred Engineering paper from the available options and the questions will be set accordingly.

  • Go to TS ECET official website at ecet.tsche.ac.in 2025.
  • Click on the 'Mock Test' tab.
  • Select the preferred subject. 
  • Candidates will not be required to enter any login credentials.
  • Click on 'Sign In'
  • All of the information has to be read carefully by the candidates. 
  • The questions have to be answered by the candidates by clicking on the correct option.

Q:   When will the authorities release details about the TS ECET mock test?
A: 

The authorities will release the details about the TS ECET mock test online. Candidates will be able to access the mock test of TS ECET tentatively a few days after the registration process commences. Using the mock test, the candidates will be able to prepare well for the examination. The details on how the mock test will be conducted and its related instructions will be available after it is released online by the authorities.

Q:   How do I know the status of my questions in the TS ECET mock test?
A: 

Candidates will be able to know the status of their questions in the TS ECET mock test by checking the question palette on the screen. The question number will be marked with different colours or symbols as per its status. This will allow the candidates to know which questions are unanswered and have to be revisited for review.

  • White - Not visited the question yet.
  • Red - Not answered the question.
  • Green - Question has been answered.
  • Purple - Not answered the question but have marked it for review.
  • Purple with Green Mark - Answered and marked for review.
Q:   I have not registered for TS ECET. Can I attempt the TS ECET mock test?
A: 

Yes. All students, registered or un-registered, will be able to attempt the TS ECET mock test. Since no log in credentials will be required to access the mock test, the candidates will be able to attempt it regardless of their registration status. The official link for the TS ECET mock test will be available online at ecet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates will have to choose their subject for the Engineering paper section and attempt the mock test online. The duration of TS ECET mock test is 180 minutes.

How to Attempt Questions in TS ECET Mock Test 2025?

In the TS ECET mock test, each question will be provided with four options. The candidates will have to select the correct answer out of the provided options to answer a question in the TS ECET 2025 mock test.

  • The correct option for each question has to be selected. 
  • Click on 'Save and Next' to save the answer to the current question and then go to the next one.
  • Click on 'Mark for Review and Next' to save the answer for the current question, mark it for review and then go to the next question.
  • To deselect the chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or click on the 'Clear Response' button.

To navigate between sections, the candidates will have to check the part displayed on the top bar of the screen. Candidates will be able to shuffle between sections and questions anytime during the TS ECET 2025 examination as per their convenience only during the time stipulated.

Q:   What is the 'Mark for Review' option in TS ECET mock test?
A: 

While attempting the TS ECET mock test, the candidates will be able to save the answer for their current question, mark it for review and move on to the next question. Candidates can come back to the marked question later and review it to see if their answer is correct or not. The marked answer can be changed by the candidates. However, no changes can be made after the duration of the examination is over. 

Q:   How can I confirm my answer while attempting the TS ECET mock test?
A: 

While attempting the TS ECET mock test, the candidates will have to select the correct answer from the available four options in a question. After selecting the question, the candidates will have to click on 'Save and Next'. If the candidates do not save and next their option, then their answer will not be confirmed. Candidates should check all of the information and guidelines provided by the authorities before commencing the mock test.

Q:   I marked a question for review in TS ECET mock test but did not answer it. Will it be evaluated?
A: 

No. If the candidates have marked a question for review in TS ECET mock test but failed to answer it, then it will not be evaluated. Candidates will be required to go back to their marked questions and answer it within the allotted examination duration. After the end of the exam, the candidates will not be allowed to make changes to their answers. If the candidates fail to answer their marked for review questions, then it will not be seen as an unattempted question.
