BCECE Pharmacy Application Form 2026: Registration Link, Date, Fees & How to Apply

BCECE Pharmacy application process requires important details such as academic details and personal details. To apply without any issue candidates are advised to keep details and documents ready.

• Candidates’ own active email ID for registration. The same email will be used for communication purposes
• A valid mobile number for notifying and communicating via SMS
• Scanned copy of the recent passport-size colour photograph and signature in JPEG format not exceeding 100 KB
• Transaction details and password of Net Banking/ Credit Card/ ATM-cum-Debit Card

BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application form process is followed by several steps that the candidates should follow in order to have a successful completion and submission of the application form. The BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application form is a completely online process and candidates have to complete each step thoroughly before moving to the next step. Below are the steps candidates should follow to fill in the BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application form:

Step 1: Registration

Candidates have to visit the official website of BCECEB, https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. On the homepage there will be a link ‘Apply for BCECE 2025’, candidates have to click on the same. The link will be redirected to the login page, candidates have to click on the ‘New Registration’. The registration page will require details such as name and correspondence details. The candidates are advised to fill in the details carefully:

• Select the programme group as BPharmacy in the Undergraduate (UG) group
• Candidates have to provide their first, middle, and last name
• Applicant's Date of birth
• Confirm if the candidate has Bihar state domicile
• Reservation Category (If any)
• Does the candidate has any disability Quota
• Valid Mobile Number
• Valid Email ID
• Password
• Confirm Password
• Security question
• Security password
• Captcha text

Candidates have to click on the submit button and ‘sign up’ button after providing all the required details. Candidates will receive a system-generated ‘Activation Code’ on their registered email id and an SMS on the registered mobile number. The activation code will be sent along with a URL to activate the account and by clicking upon the same the candidates will be redirected to the applicant login screen. The candidates have to click on the ‘Activate Your Account’ button and enter the activation code.

Step 2: Provide Personal Information

Candidates have to furnish their personal details after the completion of BCECE Pharmacy 2025 registration and account activation. Candidates’ personal details like name and identification marks are generally required to be filled in this step. Below is the list of details that the candidates have to fill in under the personal details section:

• Candidate’s Father's name
• Candidate’s Mother's name
• Identification marks (any visible mark on the body) like a mole or burn mark
• Gender of the candidate
• Does the candidate have any Serviceman Quota
• Father’s annual income ( more or less than Rs 4.5 lakh per annum)
• Does the candidate have Urdu as a subject in matriculation
• Name of the district of the passing institution
• Permanent address and District name
• Is the permanent address and the correspondence address the same?
• In case the permanent address and the postal address (where the candidate resides temporarily) is the same then the candidate has to check the box and then proceed to upload the scanned images. All the information should be saved to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature

In this step, candidates have to upload their passport size colour photograph along with a scanned image of their signature. After carefully submitting the personal details and successful submission of the same the candidates have to follow this step. Below is the instruction that should be carefully followed by the candidates while uploading their photograph and signature:

• The dimensions of the passport size colour photograph should be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm
• The signature should be done using the black or blue ink pen on white paper in any one language, Hindi or English before being scanned
• Both the scanned passport size colour photograph and the scanned image of the signature should not exceed 100 KB in size and must be in JPEG format
• Part B also needs to be uploaded with the same photograph and signature as uploaded in Part A with the same dimensions and format

Step 4: Academic Details

Candidates have to provide their academic details fulfilling the required eligibility criteria for the BCECE Pharmacy 2025 exam in this step. Candidates have to provide the details mentioned below:

• Class 10 school name, year of passing, affiliated board and qualifying status
• Class 10 school name, year of passing, affiliated board and qualifying status

Candidates have saved and submit the details after providing the information to proceed further

Step 5: Review the BCECE Pharmacy 2025 Application Form

After the completion of filling and submitting the personal and academic details, candidates will be able to self-review their application form. If the applicant has made any mistake in any Part or wants to edit or correct it can do it before the final submission of the BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application form.  There’s an ‘Edit’ button at the bottom of the preview page, candidate can click on the ‘Edit’ button and have to click on the ‘Update’ button to ensure the required information is edited and saved. If the candidate found his/her details correct they can save, check box the ‘Agree to the Declaration’ option and submit the form.

Step 6: BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application form Fee Payment

BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application form will only be considered submitted successfully after the fee payment. No application will be accepted without the fee payment. The application fee payment for BCECE Pharmacy 2025 application can be done using online payment or the e-challan mode. 

After completing all the details candidates have to pay the application fee by choosing the desired payment mode. The application fee is applicable as per the number of groups or subjects chosen and the category of the candidate. 

Step 7: Download Part A and Part B of BCECE Pharmacy Application Form

In order to keep a record of the application form-filling process, candidates are advised to take a printout of both the parts, Part A and Part B after downloading them. The hard copies need not be sent via post to the BCECEB. The forms should be kept safely for future use and may be required to submit the same on the day of counselling.

BCECE Pharmacy application form correction window will be open for the candidates to edit any information they want. The BCECE application correction window opened on May 7, 2023 and candidates were allowed to fill the application form till June 5, 2023.  No changes, tweaks, or edits were allowed in the BCECE Pharmacy 2023 application form after this date. Below are the steps candidates should follow in order to make corrections to their application form:

• Applicants have to visit the official website of BCECE, https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
• On the home page click on the ‘BCECE 2023 Form Correction’ link.
• Candidates have to log in using their registered e-mail ID and password
• Candidates will be able to edit the fields they want to correct any details
• After making the edits, review the application form thoroughly before clicking the ‘Submit’ button
