UGAT 2026 admit card will be available for download at AIMA website. The AIMA UGAT admit card 2026 will be released on June 9, 2026. Candidates who register for the UGAT exam 2026 before the UGAT admit card release date will be issued the admit card provisionally. The AIMA UGAT 2026 exam will be held on June 14, 2026. AIMA will conduct the UGAT entrance exam in PBT mode. Aspirants who register successfully will be able to download their hall tickets by using their UGAT registration ID and password. The UGAT admit card will contain information such as the application form number, candidate’s photo, roll number, test date, and reporting time.

Candidates will know their allotted UGAT exam centre only from the AIMA UGAT admit card. There is no way to know the test centre before the release of the UGAT admit card. The examination authority allots a test centre to aspirants in the city of their first preference as mentioned in the application form. So, candidates can atleast be assured that they will get a test centre in the city they had chosen as first preference in the UGAT application form. However, the venue will be mentioned only on the candidate’s admit card. So as soon as the UGAT admit card is released, candidates must check the test city and test centre details. In order to avoid any confusion, they must visit the centre at least once before the exam day.

Documents To Carry With UGAT Admit Card 2026
Carrying a coloured printout of UGAT admit card 2026 is mandatory for candidates appearing for the exam. The UGAT hall ticket will be signed and verified by the Invigilator. They should preserve it even after the admission process has been completed. UGAT admit card 2026 will not be sent via post and so candidates should download the admit card and take a printout. Following documents should be carried with UGAT 2026 hall ticket:
- One photo ID proof. The photo ID can be any one of the following:
- Voter ID
- Aadhar Card/Enrolment Number with Photo
- Ration Card
- Driving License
- PAN Card
- Passport
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size photograph matching the one pasted on confirmation slip
- Black or blue point pen for rough work purposes.
Note: Students should paste a passport-size photograph and put a left thumb impression at the proper place provided. The parent of the candidate also has to sign the declaration form. Candidates must not sign the form before the exam.

AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test is conducted once a year. The exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses such as Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA and BHM and other courses by the All India Management Association.
