JIPMAT 2026 Application Form: The National Testing Agency is expected to start JIPMAT 2026 registrations soon on its official website, nta.ac.in Candidates will find JIPMAT application form link with the release of exam notification in February. Candidates will have around 25 to 30 days to fill JIPMAT application form 2026. Candidates aspiring for admission to IPM courses offered by IIM Bodh Gaya or IIM Jammu must fill the JIPMAT application form. Candidates have to provide information like personal details, communication details and past academic details while filling the JIPMAT 2026 application form. Candidates passing Class 10 and 12 with the minimum required score eligible for JIPMAT 2026 exam.

Q:   Can I apply for JIPMAT if I am waiting for Class 12 results?
A: 
NTA conducts JIPMAT exam as the gateway to IPM courses offered by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. Candidates can get IPM admission only after they have passed Class 12 exams with a specified aggregate score. However, NTA provides the liberty to appear for the JIPMAT exam event before the Class 12 results are released. Candidates who are waiting for the Class 12 results are allowed to appear for the exam. Such candidates will have to produce the passing Certificate with all the relevant documents before the final admission offer can be released.
Q:   What is the date for applying online for JIPMAT?
A: 

NTA releases the JIPMAT exam form in the month of February. The registration window for JIPMAT closes within one month of the start date. Based on the previous year's trends, candidates find the last date to apply for JIPMAT exam after 30 days of the start date. NTA conducts the JIPMAT exam; thus, the application process and website is hosted by the NTA. Know how to apply for JIPMAT and complete the registration process below:

  1. Log onto JIPMAT 2026 website nta.ac.in
  2. Click on the ‘JIPMAT 2026 New Registration’ tab
  3. Click on New Registration again to go to the application page
  4. Click the check box and press the 'I agree' button
  5. Fill the application form with personal details
  6. Fill the application form with academic details
  7. Upload scanned images of photograph and signature
  8. Make fee payment via debit/credit card or net banking.

Q:   Can I request a modification in the JIPMAT application form via email or fax?
A: 
NTA provides a window for the JIPMAT application form correction soon after the registration window is closed. Candidates can make modifications using the correction window available on the official website, that is jipmat.nta.ac.in. NTA will not entertain any requests, via email, fax, or letter, for the purpose of rectification/modification of details filled by the candidates in the application form. The form correction window will be accessible using the registration number and password. NTA may or may not have a fee for the JIPMAT application form correction.
Q:   I have made double/excess payment of the JIPMAT fee. When do I get a refund?
A: 
If the candidate has paid double fee while payment of JIPMAT application fee, the amount will be refunded. NTA will refund the excess JIPMAT application fee soon after the closure of the correction window, after fee reconciliation. In case one does not receive the refund, they can write an email to the exam authorities at jipmat[at]nta[dot]ac[dot]in. In the email for the excess fee reimbursement, candidates must state the following details: - Application number - Name - Transaction reference number - Date of the transaction - Name of the bank/payment gateway through which payment was made Candidates are advised not to wait until the last moment to pay the JIPMAT application fee. In case of payment failure, candidates will have excess time to seek refund and try paying the fee again.

JIPMAT Application Form Correction 2026

NTA facilitates the JIPMAT application form correction window after closing the registration window. All the applicants will be able to use the JIPMAT application form correction window to modify the details filled in the form. NTA will allow candidates to modify all the details. There might be a fee charged for modifications made by the candidates. No requests for rectification via letter, fax or email will be allowed. The application form correction window will be hosted at the JIPMAT official website, i.e. jipmat.nta.ac.in.

Q:   What are the details that can be edited using the JIPMAT application form correction window?
A: 
Candidates have been able to edit/modify all the details, filled in the exam form, using the JIPMAT application form correction window. The JIPMAT form correction window will be facilitated over the official website, jipmat.nta.ac.in. Candidates will also be allowed to make modifications to the uploaded documents in the application form. However, candidates must be cautious while filling the form, all details might not be editable via the form correction window in the current session. NTA may or may not facilitate editing all the details via the application form correction window.
Q:   Can I request a change of exam centre after JIPMAT admit card had been issued?
A: 
No, it is not possible to change the JIPMAT exam centre after issuance of the admit card. The exam centre once allotted is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances. Hence, you should carefully select the exam city at the time of filling the application form. The exam city allotment is done even before the release of the advance city intimation slip. Candidates find the exam centre printed on the hall ticket, released two to three days before the exam. NTA does not entertain any requests for change of exam city or exam centre after the form correction window is closed.
