IIT Delhi has launched the second batch of its Certificate Programme in Generative AI, aimed at equipping future leaders with advanced skills in artificial intelligence.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has launched the second batch of its Certificate Programme in Generative AI to address the growing demand for future-ready AI professionals. Open to graduates and postgraduates in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, the six-month executive programme is delivered through IIT Delhi's Continuing Education Programme (CEP). Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and responsible AI practices. Successful learners will receive an E-Certificate from IIT Delhi CEP. Designed to foster innovation and drive industry-wide transformation, the programme equips professionals to build scalable, real-world AI solutions.

Delivered through live, interactive online sessions, the programme blends real-time instruction with flexible, self-paced learning. It includes 60 hours of faculty-led classes, dedicated tutorials, and a 10-hour capstone project. Learners also have the opportunity to participate in a one-day campus immersion at IIT Delhi, offering firsthand exposure to the institute’s renowned academic and research environment. As the programme advances, learners explore cutting-edge models like GPT, BERT, and T5, along with key techniques such as instruction tuning, RAG, RLHF, and advanced prompting to improve model performance and accuracy.
