SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 1 Exam Starts Tomorrow

SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 1 Exam: SRM Institute of Science & Technology will be conducting the SRMJEEE phase I exam 2025 in Remote Proctored Online mode, allowing candidates to take the test from any location of their choice from tomorrow. As per the schedule, the SRMJEEE 2025 phase 1 exam will be conducted on April 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27. All registered candidates must ensure they take the SRMJEEE phase I exam from a quiet, private place.

Requirements for SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 1 Exam

Candidates can check the list of items that are required for SRMJEEE phase 1 exam:

  • Personal Laptop or Computer: Ensure candidates have a working computer with at least Intel i3 (4th Gen), 4GB RAM, Windows 8/Mac 10.14 or above, a webcam, microphone, and no screen-sharing software. The exam can't be taken on a mobile phone, arrange a laptop/PC if needed.
  • Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection of at least 1MBPS throughout the exam. If using a mobile hotspot, check data balance in advance. No re-exam will be allowed for interruptions due to poor or lost internet.

Important Guidelines for SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 1 Exam

While taking the exam in Remote Proctored Online mode, candidates must follow the important RPOM guidelines:

  • Stay seated and face the screen at all times; do not take any bio-breaks.
  • Do not look away, talk to anyone, or seek help.
  • Mobile phones, digital watches, headphones, sunglasses, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
  • Sit in a well-lit, quiet room with no one else present and no background noise.
  • Avoid keeping notes, papers, or study materials nearby.
  • Do not access other websites, use multiple devices, or search for answers doing so will end the exam.
  • Do not lip-sync, read aloud, or cover the face.
  • Only water is allowed, no food or other beverages.

Check SRMJEEE 2025 RPOM Phase 1 Exam Instructions

When taking the SRMJEEE main exam, candidates must follow the below-mentioned instructions:

  • Candidates must log in using the details on their SRMJEEE phase 1 admit card.
  • The exam is 150 minutes long, and login should be done at least 60 minutes early to upload a photo, ID proof, and read instructions.
  • Candidates cannot end or quit the exam in the first 120 minutes.
  • Only one question is shown at a time, they can answer or skip, but can't go back.
  • The "Submit" button appears only after 120 minutes. To exit, they must enter a quit password (given in the instruction manual). The exam will auto-close once 150 minutes are over.
