SRMJEEE Counselling 2026: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology will announce the phase 2 seat allotment result on June 30. Candidates will have to use SRMJEEE login to check their seat allotment status. Students who will be allotted seats will have to confirm their admission by paying seat acceptance fees online and reporting to the allotted institute.

The SRMJEEE 2026 counselling seat allotment results for phase will be announced in multiple rounds up to July 6. Candidates who do not get any seat in round 1 can participate in subsequent rounds. 

All qualified candidates had to register online to participate in the counselling. Q:   What are the past year cut off patterns of SRMJEEE?

Candidates must know that actual SRMJEEE cut off are not released by the institute. Howevr, top ranked students receive best college and course and the cutoff varies college wise and course wise. As per details available, in 2025 students who obtained marks above 250 had an expected rank range below 2000, while those who obtained marks between 230-250 had an expected rank range of 2001-5000 etc.

The SRMJEEE phase 2 result 2026 has been announced. The SRMIST has announced the result online in the website srmist.edu.in. The result for phase 1 exam was declared on May 5.

Documents Required for SRMJEEE 2026 Counselling Process

Candidates will need the following documents at the time of SRMJEEE counselling. At the time of reporting to the college, candidates have to bring original copies of all documents along with the xerox copies.

  1. BTech Counseling call letter
  2. SRMJEE Rank card
  3. Admit Card/Hall ticket of the class 12 board exam
  4. Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
  5. Mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent
  6. Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) - Original for verification and return and Photocopy
  7. Cancelled cheque leaf with the name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed.

SRMJEEE Counselling Process 2026

The SRMJEEE counselling process has the following steps:

1) Login on the URL: Students qualified in the exam as per the result must log in to application URL through via applications.srmist.edu.in/btech

2) Rank card download: Download rank card through mentioned online admission portal (OAP).

3) Educational detail filling: Fill in educational details.

4) Choice filling (Program Selection): The Online Admission Portal (OAP) will be kept open to fill choice of campus and programme preference.

5) Programme allocation:  The admission committee will allot choice of campus, programme and specialisation based on admission criteria such as SRM Joint Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. The programme allotment will be published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP).

6) Accept Allocation and Payment (Only for allotted Students): Students have to accept allotment and have to pay one-time non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee and counselling fee (part of the tuition fee). Online payment details will be updated shortly.

7) Provisional Allotment letter downloads: Upon payment of registration fee and counselling fee, a Provisional allotment letter and a fee receipt will be issued. Failure to pay counselling fee within stipulated time will lead to cancellation of allotment.

8) Payment of balance tuition fee and online enrolment: Pay balance tuition fee before mentioned date and proceed with online enrolment.

As per the SRMJEEE admisison process, first students must visit official website - applications.srmist.edu.in/btech. Fill in the application form, pay application fee and download the admit card to appear in the exam in home based proctored mode. 

After that, results are declared and candidates qualified in the exam will have to appear for the counselling process, post which they will be allotted the courses and the colleges.

The phase 1 counselling choice filling was from May 7 to 10. The allotment of seats was done from May 14 to 21. Candidates who were allotted seats had to deposit the full admission fees up to May 31, 2026.

No, the fees is not stable for 4 years. You should carry a certain CGPA throughout 4 years like 7.5 or 8.0 as mentioned by SRMAP.
