SRMJEEE Slot Booking 2026: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology has closed the phase 1 SRMJEEE 2026 slot booking. The last date to book slot was April 20, 2026. Students had to book their slot using SRMJEEE candidate login at official website srmist.edu.in

SRMJEEE 2026 exam was held from April 24 to 29. There were 2 slots on each day of the SRMJEEE exam. When booking exam slot, candidates see all available exam date and shifts options. After booking a slot, students can download SRMJEEE hall ticket.

Q:   When will the SRMJEEE admit card be released?
A: 

The SRMJEEE admit card is not released seperately. Candidates who successfully submit the application form by filling all their details and paying the application fee can book their slot for the exam. Once they book their slot, they can downloads the admit card/hall ticket to appear in the exam.

Q:   How to attempt the SRMJEEE question papers?
A: 

While attempting the SRMJEEE question papers, candidates need to know that only one question will appear on the screen and either the candidate should answer the question or skip. Once moved to next question, they will not be able to come back to answered/skipped questions. On completion, they will have to follow the instructions provided to close the exam.

At the end of the test, there will be an option appearing on the screen - 'I want to submit the exam' button. Candidates will have to enter the quit password to EXIT THE EXAM (WHICH IS MANDATORY), which will be available in the Instruction Manual for taking the exam. The exam will closes automatically once the scheduled exam time elapses.

Q:   What are the Dos and Don'ts before appearing in the SRMJEEE exam?
A: 

Candidates must follow the below instructions to appear in the remote proctored exam:

  • Do not move from your seats.
  • Don't take bio breaks during the exam.
  • Sit facing the screen throughout the exam.
  • Do not use mobile phones, digital watches, or any other electronic devices.
  • Do not wear sunglasses or headphones.
  • Ensure there is enough light in the room and you are the only person present. Do not entertain any other person in the room.
  • Do not take help or assistance from anyone.
  • Do not keep any sort of text or chits of paper or books, notes/rough paper around you.
  • Do not log in from multiple devices.
  • Do not google or search.
  • Do not lip-sync or read questions aloud.
  • Do not cover your face with hair/mask/clothing or anything.
  • Do not have background noise/voices/music/TV.
  • No eating or drinking during the exam except for water.

How to Do SRMJEEE 2026 Slot Booking?

To book slots, aspirants have to log in to the SRMIST's candidate portal with their application number and date of birth. Remember, SRMJEEE slot booking is done on a first come first serve basis so it is advised that candidates book their slot as early as possible. Candidates can check the slot booking steps for the SRMJEEE exam below:

  • Visit the link for the SRM online admission portal
  • Enter your SRMJEEE application number and date of birth and click on the Login button.
  • Click on the "Book Exam Slot" link under the login.
  • Select the Examination Date and Time.
  • Click on Confirm Slot or Change Test Date to go back and change the examination date and time.
  • Once confirmed, click on View / Print Hall-Ticket to obtain your hall ticket.

Students must note here that the SRMJEEE 2026 admit card will be issued to them only after the successful completion of slot booking.

Q:   What to keep in mind while appearing for the SRMJEEE exam?

While appearing for the exam candidates need to login using details the provided credentials in the admit card (Password). The exam will be of 120 minutes. Candidates must login at least 60 minutes before and photograph of themselves and ID proof along with reading the instructions. No student will be allowed to end the exam before 120 minutes.

Candidates who complete the slot booking can then download the admit card. Candidates are requested to check all the details after downloading the SRMJEEE Admit Card.
