SRMJEEE Registrations 2026: The exam body SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), is accepting the SRMJEEE application form 2026. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria can visit the official website - applications.srmist.edu.in/btech to apply till the last date. While filling the online application form, students must pay the SRMJEEE application fee, which is INR 1400 per phase, through credit card/debit card/net banking.

Details while filling the SRMJEEE Application Form

While filling the SRMJEEE online application form, candidates will have to submit their following details carefully. 

  • Personal Information such as their name (as per Class 10 certificate), date of birth, gender, and religion
  • Contact Details with a valid email ID (which cannot be changed later) and an active mobile number. This will be used for verification purpose
  • Academic Records such as school names, board names, registration numbers, and CGPA/percentage for Class 10 and 12
  • Payment Details such as Net Banking, Credit/Debit card, or UPI to pay application fee which is INR 1400 per phase. This fee is non-refundable.

Candidates belonging to NRI, PIO, or OCI categories must apply via the International Application Form. Additional documents include:

  • Valid Passport and Visa.
  • Proof of NRI/PIO/OCI status (e.g., parent's work permit).
  • Application Fee: Approximately USD 50.

SRMJEEE 2026: Documents for Counselling & Admission

Once the exam is conducted successfully, qualified candidates will have to submit the following documents during the counselling process for document verification. After successful document verification, students will be allotted the seats to pursue their course.

  • SRMJEEE 2026 Rank Card and B.Tech Counselling Call Letter.
  • Class 12th Marksheet and Admit Card.
  • Cancelled cheque leaf (with candidate's or parent's name printed).
  • Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the last attended school.

What is the SRMJEEE exam?

The SRMJEEE is an annual entrance exam which is conducted to shortlist B.Tech courses at the SRMIST university. According to the SRMJEEE exam pattern, it is held in an online remote proctored method (RPOM). Candidates can appear in the exam from the comfort of their home. 

The question paper will have 130 questions, and each will carry 1 mark each, making the total marks to 130. The questions will be based on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English & Aptitude sections.

To apply for SRMJEEE PG, candidates need to meet the minimum qualifying criteria which includes academic criteria and minimum qualifying criteria, which are as follows -

  • BTech/B.E in the relevant discipline
  • Minimum qualifying mark of 50%

The SRMJEEE PG 2026 phase III application form last date is July 10. Registered candidates will have to attempt the remote-proctored exam on July 15.

No, candidates cannot change their SRMJEEE M.Tech exam date once allotted. Students will have to appear for the exam on the date they have applied for.

The difficulty level of Physics section in SRMJEEE is similar to class 11 and 12 exam. Students can score good marks in SRMJEEE by studying trough NCERT class 11 and 12 books of Physics.

As per the details available in the information brochure, SRMJEEE 2026 will have a total 130 questions, 35 each from Physics and Chemistry, 40 from Mathematics and 20 from English & Aptitude.

The application fees of SRM for international applicants is USD 50 $. It must be noted that NR or PIO card holder need not appear in SRMJEEE. They just need to fill the application form and the selection will be based in qualifying exam scores.

No, it is not mandatory to appear in all three phases of SRMJEEE. Candidates can appear in any one, two or all three phases, depending on their choice. If candidates appear in more than one phase, the best of all attempted score will be considered for admission.
