TS PGLCET 2026 Application Form: Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TGCHE) released application form online for TS PGLCET 2026. Candidates have to visit official website lawcet.tsche.ac.in to complete TS PGLCET application form for admission to LLM programmes in Telangana. To complete  TS PGLCET application, they need to 

  • Complete registration

  • Pay application fee

  • Fill application form

  • Final submission

How to fill TS PGLCET 2026 Application Form?

Candidates can complete Telangana PGLCET entrance exam application form online by visiting official website: lawcet.tsche.ac.in  

TSPGLCET Registration and Fee Payment  

Candidates will have to pay the TS PGLCET 2026 application fee before filling the application form. Click on the “Application Fee Payment” tab to pay the TSPGLCET 2026 registration fee and a new page will open up for registration. Fill the important details as under:

  • Candidate's name
  • Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number
  • Date of Birth (as per SSC or Equivalent)
  • Mobile Number
  • Alternate Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Stream (PGLCET- Entrance Test for Admission into two year LLM Course)
  • Category (OC/ BC_A/ BC_B/ BC_C/ BC_D/ BC_E/ SC/ ST)
  • Payment Type (Net Banking (SBI/HDFC)/ Net Banking (Others)/ Credit Card/ Debit Card)

Once the detials are entered, click on the “Proceed to Payment” tab. The candidates will receive the 'Payment reference number' and 'Transaction ID' once the payment is complete. Keep the payment reference number safe for future references.

TS PGLCET Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for the TG PGLCET must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. The TG PGLCET 2026 eligibility criteria have been provided here.

  • Interested applicants should have a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognised university.
  • Candidates who are in the final year of LLB are also eligible to take the Telangana PGLCET exam if they complete their degree and meet all the university criteria before the counselling process begins.
  • Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories will be required to have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
  • However, candidates from the SC/ST categories are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum mark requirement, which means they must achieve a minimum of 45%.

Candidates who filled in the TS PGLCET 2026 application form will be given a chance to correct/ edit their application form. The application correction will be divided into two categories as under:

Q:   Who can apply for the TS PGLCET exam?

Candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements can apply for the TS PGLCET.

Non-locals or candidates who do not belong to Telangana can apply for TS PGLCET. However, they need to make sure to meet exam eligibility criteria. The criteria are mentioned below:

Qualification
  • Candidates must have completed a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB degree. 
  • Candidates appearing in the final year of their 3-year/5-year LLB degree can also apply for TS PGLCET 2025. These candidates need their final marksheet at the time of TS PGLCET counselling. The minimum marks requirement in the qualifying exam (LLB exam) must be met by them.
Qualifying Marks
  • The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e. 30 marks out of total 120 marks).
  • For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed. 
Age Limit
  • There is no age limit to apply for TS PGLCET.
Q:   What are the qualifying marks for TS PGLCET 2026?
A: 

To clear TS PGLCET 2026 exam, students belonging to general category should secure 25% (30 out of 120). There are no qualifying marks for SC/ST category.

Candidates will not be allowed to take the TS PGLCET exam in Telugu language. The TS PGLCET exam will have to be attempted in English language only. The questions, guidelines and MCQ type questions will all be asked in English only. Candidates may opt for other national level entrance exams which have the option for students to attempt their paper in other language as well.

No, students cannot get admission to LLB degree courses through TS PGLCET. This exam is held for admission to PG (LLM) courses only.
