However, the refund policy for the main academic fees (tuition, etc.) after a candidate has been enrolled and taken admission, is separate and subject to the guidelines announced by the AICTE/UGC at the time of withdrawal.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of attempts that a candidate can take to appear for the exam. VITLEE exam is held in order to give entry to the law institute. Candidates can take the entrance if they meet the minimum age eligibility criteria.
