VITLEE Application Form 2025 (Feb 20): Registration Link, Fee, Steps to Apply Online

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to fill out the VITLEE 2025 application form.

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website: viteee.vit.ac.in.
• Click on the VITLEE 2025 Registration link.
• Enter your name, email ID, mobile number, and date of birth to register.
• A password will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form

• Log in using your registered email ID and password.
• Provide personal details (name, gender, category, nationality, etc.).
• Enter academic details (qualifying exam, school name, board, marks, etc.).
• Select preferred exam cities for the test.

Step 3: Upload Documents

Upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the given specifications:

Photograph: 20 KB – 300 KB (JPEG/JPG format).

The photograph must be in color and should be taken professionally in a studio with the following specifications:

• The photograph must be taken against a light background. Only White/off-white background is preferred.
• The photograph must show the full frontal view without tilting of face, both ears visible, open eyes with neutral expression.
• Make sure there is no glare from spectacles and no blur in the focus.
• The file should be only in JPEG format.
• The file size of the photograph should be within 20 kB to 300 kB.
• The photograph dimension should be of Width(300 to 400 pixels) X Height (400 to 550 pixels).
• The photograph should not be too dark or too bright but should have optimum exposure.
• The photograph should have only one face.

Signature: 10 KB – 200 KB (JPEG/JPG format).

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

The application fee is INR 1350 (inclusive of GST) for all categories.

Payment can be made through:

• Net Banking
• Credit Card/Debit Card
• UPI/Wallet

Step 5: Submit and Download

• Review all the details before submitting the form.
• After successful submission, download and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
