CUET UG 2026 Admit Card: The National Testing Agency will release CUET UG hall ticket for candidates who have registered for exam. The link to download the CUET admit card 2026 will be activated at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2026 exam from May 11 to May 31. The admit card is expected to be released by May 08, 2026.
Before the release of CUET admit cards, candidates will be issued the intimation slips. The CUET UG 2026 intimation slip will be released 10 days before exam date and will mention the exam city details. To download CUET Intimation slip 2026 and CUET admit card 2026, students must enter their login credentials- application number and password. On the day of examination, applicants must carry CUET 2026 UG admit card at exam centre along with valid government ID proof. Q:   When will the CUET admit card release?

NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 online in second week of May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Prior to the release of the CUET UG admit card, NTA will release the advance intimation of exam city slip. It is not the admit card, but will inform candidates about the city. No, candidates will have to download the CUET UG 2026 admit card online. Candidates have to click on official website and log in with their registration details and download document in PDF format. Students must download the admit card immediately after release and not wait for the last moment. 

Q:   I have forgotten my CUET registration password. How can I download my CUET admit card in this case?
A: 

NTA will give the option to download the CUET 2026 admit card by entering candidates' date of birth instead of the password. In case candidates have forgotten the CUET registration password, they can select the option of logging in through date of birth or can click on the 'Forget Password' to retrieve CUET login credentials. It is advised that candidates save their CUET UG 2026 username and password, or the credentials carefully in order to log in seamlessly. In case candidates are still unable to login or change their passwords, they need to contact at helpline number of NTA immediately.

Q:   Can I request to change my alloted CUET exam centre?
A: 

Once National Testing Agency has issued the CUET intimation slip or admit card, the request for change in exam centre will not be entertained. Candidates cannot change the exam city or alloted exam centre once the CUET admit cards are released. Candidates must report at the allotted centre on given date and time.

Q:   If I do not receive my CUET admit card, what should I do?
A: 

Candidates are advised to immediately contact the officials and the conducting body if the candidate is not able to download their CUET UG 2026 admit cards online. The contact details will be provided on the official exam website and the information bulletin as well, when released. At the same time, candidates must ensure that they must complete the CUET 2026 application process carefully along with the payment of CUET application fee. Q:   In how many cities will CUET UG be conducted?
A: 

CUET 2026 will be held in 300 cities across India and outside India. The list of CUET 2026 exam centres has been updated once the CUET notification was released. Candidates can check the list of exam cities where CUET 2026 will be held:

Q:   How to view the CUET allotted exam city?
A: 

Candidates can view the CUET UG alloted exam city on CUET advance intimation slip and CUET admit card. Before the release of the CUET admit card, NTA releases the CUET intimation slip for candidates to know the alloted exam city. By knowing the CUET exam city candidates can prepare for the exam day accordingly. On release of the CUET UG 2025 hall ticket, candidates can know the exact address of CUET exam centre and city details.

Q:   I forgot to carry the CUET UG admit card on exam day; What should I do?
A: 

If a candidate has forgetten to bring CUET UG admit card on the exam day, they won't be allowed to take the exam at the scheduled time. However, if they have enough time before the exam, they should find a nearby computer lab to print out the CUET UG 2025 admit card. It's recommended to arrive at the CUET exam center 1.5 hours before the exam to complete the frisking and verification process on time.

Q:   How is CUET exam centre allocated?
A: 

CUET exam centre is allocated on the basis of the preferences entered by the candidate while filling the CUET application form. NTA allotes exam centre as per the preference entered and is subject to availability and logistical consideration.

While filling the CUET application form, candidates can select four cities of their choice. Choice of CUET exam centre cities will be limited to the State of permanent address or State of present address only. In case there are very few candidates from a city, the NTA reserves the right to merge one, two, or more cities.

CUET 2026 exam will be held in May-June 2026 in computer based mode over a month window. The exam will be held across more than 300 exam cities in India. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre on issuance of CUET intimation slip or CUET admit card.

CUET Admit Card 2026 Important Instructions

Candidates should follow below guidelines to appear for exam:

  • Take coloured copy of CUET UG admit card 2026
  • Student must compulsorily carry CUET hall ticket at exam centre. Xandidate will not be allowed to appear for exam without admit card.
  • Check details on admit card carefully. Candidate shall immediately contact officials in case of any error.
  • Along with admit card, the candidate must carry any of valid identity proofs such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, Passport
  • Candidates must reach CUET exam centre before scheduled time. Test takers must report 60 minutes before given time. 
  • Candidates are advised to carry black/blue ball pen to fill the OMR sheet.

What if there is a Error in CUET 2026 Admit Card?

In case of any error in particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signature shown on the CUET 2026 admit card, candidates should immediately contact NTA Help Line between 10.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M. NTA mentions, "In such a case, the candidate would appear in the examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later." Hence, candidates need not worry about the possibility of not getting allowed inside the CUET 2026 exam centre. However, they must follow up with NTA before the commencement of the admission process.
