Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the NDA 2 2023 GAT paper on September 3, 2023. The paper was conducted in the afternoon session from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. The GAT paper was divided into two parts-English and General Knowledge. According to the feedback provided by students, the overall difficulty level of the NDA GAT paper was easy to moderate. In Current Affairs, questions were asked from events that took place in the last six months. Questions in Current Affairs were asked from G20, and ISRO's mission. All the questions in GAT were based on the NDA syllabus.

NDA GAT paper comprised 150 questions and the total marks allotted to the test are 600. For the correct answer in NDA GAT, candidates score four marks, while 1.33 marks are deducted as a penalty for wrong answers.

NDA 2 2023 Exam Analysis & Student Reaction for GAT

Shiksha visited one of the NDA 2 exam centres 2023 in Noida to gather the feedback of students regarding the overall difficulty level of the exam. Candidates can check below the feedback shared by students.

Vishal Kumar said, "The pattern of the English portion was different. The pattern of English portion was different from the last two years. The Science portion was easy. The Current Affairs questions were based on the past six months' events."

Vineet Singh Rathod said, "The GAT paper was moderate and this is my first attempt in NDA exam. The Current Affairs questions were based on the latest events like G 20, Hydroelectric power. The Maths paper was tough. Mostly questions were asked from Current Affairs in GAT. In Chemistry, questions were asked from Chemical Reaction."

NDA salary from Lt. Col level 12A is between INR 1,21,200 to 2,12,400. The same for Col. level 13 is INR 1,39,600-2,17,600. It is INR 1,44,200-2,18,200 for Maj General Level 14.

NDA salary for Lt. Level 10 is INR 56, 100 to 1,77,500. The salary for Capt. level 10 B is INR 61,300-1,93,900. NDA Salary for Major Level 11 is INR 69,400-2,07,200.
