UGC NET English Question Paper
The authority released the question paper for the UGC NET subject-wise exam along with the provisional answer key and response sheet. The exam was held from August 21 to September 4, 2024. The English paper was conducted on August 21. It will help the candidates understand the pattern of an exam, standard of questions, section-wise weightage, and more.
University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test is a national-level exam conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for only Assistant Professor or both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor posts in Indian universities and colleges.

English Exam Pattern
It consists of two papers- Paper 1 and 2. Both papers contain multiple-choice questions. Candidates need to complete both papers in a single duration of three hours. Have a look at the detailed UGC NET exam pattern below.
