UGC NET Phase 2 Exam Analysis
The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the UGC NET Phase 2 exam for Anthropology and more. The exam is being conducted in two shifts-9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. The overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate to difficult compared to last year. According to UGC NET exam pattern, paper 1 carries 50 questions from Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude, Reading Comprehension, Communication, Reasoning (Including Maths), Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), People & Environment and Higher Education System: Governance, Polity & Administration.

UGC HET Exam Analysis 2023: Anthropology
The UGC NET Anthropology paper exam was successfully conducted by the NTA on June 22, 2023. The difficulty level of the exam was moderately difficult in terms of difficulty level. The questions were asked about the topics like Dispersal of Modern Humans, Ethnic Classification and distribution of the Indian Population, Modes of Inheritance, Molecular Genetics, etc. On the other hand, UGC NET Paper 1 was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. The research aptitude, teaching aptitude, and maths sections were difficult in comparison to the previous session exam. The UGC NET Mass Communication was conducted by the National Testing Agency on June 21, 2023. The difficulty level of the UGC NET Paper 2 exam was moderately difficult in nature. The history and dates-based questions were dominant in the paper. Films and Television, Public Relations, and Communication were on the easy side. Paper 1 was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. The maths and research aptitude were tougher side as compared to the previous cycle exam. The UGC NET 2023 Economics was moderately difficult in nature in comparison to the previous session exam. The question was asked from topics like Maxima and Minimal Diagrams, Utility Function, FERA, FEMA, Chronology, Identify Equation Model, Matching Functions, Curve, Assumption of the Adam Smith Model, Central Government Budget Allocation, and more. The 10 to 15 questions were asked from the quant section. On the other hand, the Paper 1 exam was moderate in nature. It is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor, the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), and the admission to Ph.D

After BA, you need to pursue an MA in Urdu (or a related subject).
Once you complete or are in the final year of your MA, you can apply for UGC NET in Urdu.
In short:
BA alone cannot fulfill the eligibility for UGC NET.
The eligibility for UGC NET is MA in Urdu (or related field) with 55%+ marks

No, PhD students aren't exempt from UGC-NET or CSIR-NET. To get admission in a PhD course, UGC is requesting institutions to integrate NET scores.
