Passing Marks for CUET PG 2026
Passing marks for CUET PG 2026 shows at least basic level of competency. Minimum marks is required so that colleges/institutes have idea students deserve to get admission into particular course. NTA doesn’t release passing marks for CUET PG 2026 with result. Passing marks for CUET PG also differs as per category. Total marks in CUET PG 2026 is 300. Passing Marks for CUET PG 2026: Deciding Factors
Passing marks of CUET PG differs for different courses and category. Minimum passing marks for CUET PG 2026 depends upon a number of factors, such as overall difficulty level of exam, number of applicants, total number of seats in particular course, category of students, reservation criteria, competition in particular course, NIRF ranking of participating universities etc.
CUET PG 2026 Cutoff
After CUET PG 2026 result announcement, cutoff is released by participating institutes for respective course. Students who score minimum passing marks, get to know chances of admission. Cutoff varies as per course. Students should note, NTA doesn’t release minimum CUET PG cutoff of respective course.
How to check cutoff of participating institutes?
Participating universities releases CUET PG cutoff score at official website. Once NTA declares result, colleges release first list of selected students based on minimum cutoff for particular subject. After result announcement, students need to download scorecards with login details first. Thereafter, check expected CUET PG 2026 cutoff of particular course in particular college. Students who had selected choice of colleges while applying for CUET PG 2026 exam are advised to check first merit list on respective college website. If their names don’t appear in first cutoff list, students have to wait for next cutoff list.

CUET PG 2026 application form process has been concluded. Last date to submit application form was January 23, 2026. Correction window was active till January 30, 2026. Exam is scheduled to be held from March 6 till March 27, 2026 for various courses. No extension has been provided by NTA.

NTA has reduced number of centres from 312 to 292 in CUET PG 2026. In addition, students can choose 4 city choices. Earlier they were provided only 2 options. This time, students will have to answer only A section which is domain specific.

Registration fee for CUET PG 2026 varies for each category. For General students, registration fee is INR 1400 while for OBC, fee is 1200. SC/ST category students ahve to pay INR 1100 as application fee. This fee is for choosing maximum two test papers.

Those who have bachelor's or equivalent degree from recognised institute or college can appear for CUET PG 2026. Final year students are also elligible for CUET PG exam. There is no capping on age in CUET PG exam.
