IIT JAM 2025 Scorecard is basically a rankcard which consist of the number of marks which the aspirant has achieved in the IIT JAM 2025 examination. The Score Card will contain separate scores for Section A, B and C. The University will draw the merit list based on the total score achieved by the candidates.

The IIT JAM 2025 Scorecard will be valid for admission to the academic year 2025-26 only. Scores and candidate data would be shared with the University where he/she has applied. Evaluation of MCQ, MSQ and NA of all the Test Papers will be carried out using final answer keys and the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the result of IIT JAM 2025. 

IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body for the IIT JAM 2025 examination for the academic year 2025-2026 conducted the examination on February 2, 2025. The JAM 2025 examination conducted for 7 subjects across the nation.

According to the examination conducting authority, IIT JAM 2025 results will be declared on March 19, 2024. The results will be declared in the online mode, in the form of scorecards. Test takers need to visit the official website of IIT JAM 2025 for downloading the results. The link for the same will be provided soon, when the results will be out.

In case candidates wish to reset the password, candidates will have to follow the steps given below:

• Visit the IIT JAM 2025/ JOAPS website

• Click on the Log in tab

• Click on 'Reset/Change Password' tab

• A link will be mailed to the registered email id

• Click on the link and change/reset the password

There will be 3 sections in the IIT JAM 2026 exam:

• Section A
• Section B
• Section C

Each section will have a different type of question and format, as described below:

Section A: This section will consist of 30 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 1 and 2 marks each.

Section B: This section will consist of 10 multiple-select questions (MSQs) of 2 marks each.

Section C: This section will consist of 20 numerical answer type (NAT) questions of 1 and 2 marks each.

For each Test Paper, an All India Merit list will be prepared based on AIR. The number of candidates included in the All India Merit List will depend on the total number of seats available in each category (GEN/ OBC-NCL/ EWS/ SC/ ST/ PwD) in a given subject. It is unlikely that you will get admission into an M.Sc. Chemistry programme at IITs or NITs with 11 marks in the IIT JAM exam since the competition here is pretty high. Computer Science and Engineering: 6199

IIT JAM  2024 Counselling process is expected to start from second week of April, 2024. Candidates will be able to fill the admission forms through online mode. Students who will qualify the exam can submit their admission forms with payment of admission application fee. The counselling process will be held in various rounds according to seats availability in each round. On the basis of candidate’s rank, the admission will be offered to the students. Students must bring their complete documents as informed by the authority for the document verification process.

An Applicant was considered for admission only to the programme choices filled in the Admission Form. There were four rounds of admission, in the normal case. If seats remain vacant, additional rounds may be conducted. Applicants receiving an offer in any of the rounds are required to login at the official website within the stipulated time and choose one of the three options viz.  (a) Accept and Freeze (b) Accept with Upgrade (c) Reject and Quit. 

No, the examination conducting authority of IIT JAM 2024will not send the JAM 2024 scorecards by post to any candidate. The candidates are requested to download the scorecard online from the official website of IIT JAM 2024. Candidates must take multiple copies of printout and preserve those till the admission process is complete. It is one of the most crucial documents required for the counselling or the admission process. In case candidates lose the soft copy, they can download the JAM scorecard from the IIT JAM 2024 website archive section or the DigiLocker or Sandes portal of the Government of India.

IIT Delhi will release IIT JAM 2025 Final Answer Key in the second week of March, 2025 for all seven subjects for which JAM 2025 exam was conducted on February 2, 2025. Test takers can visit the official website of IIT JAM 2025 i.e., jam.iitm.ac.in to download the subject wise IIT JAM 2025 Final Answer Key and master question paper.

The JAM 2025 Final Answer Key will help the candidates tally the total marks scored in the IIT JAM 2025 examination. The exam authority will release the JAM 2025 results on March 19, 2025, for the masters degree programme offered by various IITs and NITs participating institutes.
