Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology Entrance Exam 2020 ( OUAT Entrance Exam )
OUAT Counselling Process Dates were published online on the official portal for the final round/Round 4. The document verification process and the seat allotment process were held on November 24, 2025. The OUAT dates were out for PG, UG and PhD courses. The date for students to report to campus was November 15, 2025.

For those students who were sponsored by the state government, the starting date for the OUAT Entrance Exam was August 14, 2025. The classes for the academic session 2025-26 began on September 15, 2025. The commencement date was changed from August 18, 2025, without mentioning any specific reason.

What are the steps of OUAT 2025 Counselling Process?
Aspirants need to follow the process below to take part in the OUAT entrance exam counselling process:
- Register online on OUAT’s official website
- Fill in the programme choice
- Pay the OUAT counselling fee
- Lock OUAT seats
- Round 1 of Temporary Seat Allotment
- Document/certificate verification & fee payment at the Nodal Centre on the basis of round 1 seat allotment
- Round 2 of Temporary Seat Allotment
- Document/certificate verification & fee payment at the Nodal Centre the basis of round 2 seat allotment
- Withdrawal of seats by aspirants
- Final allotment of OUAT seats & auto upgradation
- Reporting for admission at the allotted institute

OUAT 2025 Counselling Fee for All UG Courses
Candidates must go through the following fee structure to know the fees for all courses.
- For BVSc and AH, the course fee is INR 88000 for general, INR 201000 for cost sharing and for sponsored seats for NRI/PIO, the fee is INR 374000.
- For BSc (Hons.) Agriculture, BSc(Hons) Horticulture, BTech(Ag Engg), BSc(Hons Forestry) and BFSc, the fees is INR 59000 for general, INR 126500 for cost sharing, INR 345000 for sponsored seats for NRI/PIO.
- For BSc (Hons) Community Science, the course fee is INR 33000.
