Yes, Banaras Hindu University accept CUET score for multiple UG courses, including BA (Hons), BCom (Hons) BSc (Hons), etc. The university is also offering admission to its PG courses based on merit in CUET-PG. Aspirants who meet the eligibility requirements can register on the BHU admission portal for counselling. The admission is done in order of merit based on the normalised score of the CUET (PG) and reservation policy as per the provisions laid down in the BHU PET Information Brochure.

Admission to most of the BHU UG and PG courses is through CUET score. However, for some courses such as PhD, MFA, etc. the university has a separate admission criteria. Candidates must check the admission requirement for the preferred course before applying for admission.

Candidates willing to pursue a BSc (Nursing) at IMS BHU must clear the required NEET UG cut-off depending on their reservation category. The cut-off is released in the form of the closing ranks at which the admission is granted during various rounds of counselling. The cut-off for OBC-category candidates is slightly less competitive as compared to the General-category candidates. IMS BHU offers a full-time Diploma in Dental Mechanic. The total fee for the programme is INR 50,000. It must be paid in two annual instalments of INR 25,000 each. No, Banaras Hindu University does not accept JEE Main scores for admission to BTech programme. The university accepts CUET-UG entrance exam scores for BTech admission for the academic year 2025. Candidates with valid CUET-UG scores are then further required to appear for a counselling process. 

IMS BHU offers a 4-year UG-level BSc (Nursing) course. It can be challenging to get into IMS BHU for BSc (Nursing), given the fact that the cut-offs are high and the seat intake is 100. Candidates must qualify Class 12 or equivalent with subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English). Candidates must seek the Class 12 qualification from a recognised Board/ University with at least 45% marks and also qualify the entrance exams considered for the admission process by the Institute.

BHU admission 2025 to the undergraduate courses is based on CUET UG scores. BHU merit list 2025 for CUET UG has been released. As per the BHU cutoff 2025, the minimum CUET UG cutoff score was 94 for B.Ed. in Special Education (Visual Impaired - Social Science and Humanities), followed by 191 for B.Ed. in Mathematics. Therefore, according to the BHU Round 4 Seat Allotment result, the minimum cutoff score stood at 94 for the General AI quota. Please note that the minimum required cutoff score for admission varies for different rounds and categories. 

Talking about the BHU maximum cutoff score for 2025, B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology became the most competitive course with a cutoff score of 628.46 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.
