BHU BCom Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BHU BCom (H) course is of three years long and is offered in full-time mode. Candidates wanting to take admission must be Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board. BHU BCom (H) admission is done based on merit in the CUET exam. The eligible students can go to the CUET website to register and apply. Shortlisted students have to take part in BHU counselling.
The BCom (Hons) fees at RGSC, Barkachha and Mirzapur are under Paid Seat category. The students have to give their option/preference of location at the time of counselling. Admission is done as per the merit and the choice of the students. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria:

BHU placements are good. Highest and average package secured by MBA students was INR 19.8 LPA and INR 10.1 LPA. Median salary stood at INR 9.2 LPA. During the placement drive 2025, total 177 placement drives were held and more than 950 students were placed. The highest salary package offered was INR 19.8 LPA.

BHU BCom Admission Dates 2026
Students are selected for admission in the UG course based on CUET scores. The exam conducting body releases the CUET UG dates on its official website. Registrations for the exam starts in Mar and the entrance test is conducted in May/ Jun. The interested students must apply on time. The table given below mentions BHU BCom dates:

BHU BCom Admission 2025: How to Apply?
Candidates are selected based on entrance exam scores. Students are selected based on CUET scores. Check the detailed application steps below:
1: BHU BCom (H) Application Process 2025
The BHU application process is online and candidates can apply through the official website of NTA. For application submission, the students need to pay an application fee of INR 650 (General/ OBC Category)/ INR 550 (SC/ST Category). The steps to fill the online form are:
- Visit the website of CUET-UG (cuet.samarth.ac.in) and click on the 'New Registration' tab.
- Fill out the application form with all the details.
- Upload the scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications.
- Select courses and Universities as per preference and pay the CUET application fee.

2: Selection & Counselling
The university shortlist students based on CUET scores. A cutoff score is decided based on which final selection is done. Selected candidates have to take part in counselling for seat allotment.
3: Admission Confirmation
After selection, the students can pay the admission fee amount to confirm seat. BHU BCom tuition fees is INR 1.29 lakh. This fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to revision and hence, is indicative.

Yes, candidates seeking admission to BCom (Hons) courses need to appear for the CUET-UG entrance test. Based on the entrance test scores, BHU will conduct a counselling round. BHU accepts CUET-UG scores for admission to several UG courses. Candidates seeking admission to BHU must apply online to register themselves. Follow the step-wise admission process as given below:
