BHU BCom Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BHU BCom (H) course is of three years long and is offered in full-time mode. Candidates wanting to take admission must be Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board. BHU BCom (H) admission is done based on merit in the CUET exam. The eligible students can go to the CUET website to register and apply. Shortlisted students have to take part in BHU counselling.
The BCom (Hons) fees at RGSC, Barkachha and Mirzapur are under Paid Seat category. The students have to give their option/preference of location at the time of counselling. Admission is done as per the merit and the choice of the students. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria:

BHU has a dediacted placement cell which invites prominent companies for the placement drives. During the Banaras Hindu University 2025 placement drive, more than 65 companies participated. No, maths is not compulsory for admission to BCom in BHU. However, it is necessary that the candidate studied a subject related to commerce (Commerce/Economics/Maths/Computer Science/Finance/Financial Markets Management/Vocational Courses) in Class 12.
