Satisfied with staff members.
Placements: Placements were offered to almost 56% students in this course. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the lowest package was 5 LPA. The average package was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Biocon, Serum Institute of India, Bharat Biotech, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Panacea Biotec, Syngene International, Wockhardt, Novo Nordisk, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), and Indian Immunological. Top roles were offered in healthcare, agriculture, and environmental management.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college was well structured and well planned. Classes were covered with Wi-Fi and smart LED, and the whole campus was covered with CCTV cameras. The food was freshly prepared in canteen and mess. Hostel had mess, cafeteria, and gym.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant, and made the students ready for interviews and industry work. The semester exams were not very hard, and easy to pass. Each student must score atleast 40% marks to pass the semester exam.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to develop my biological skills and wanted to learn about biological living and non-living. The campus organised fests and extracurricular activities.

Placements: Our university is excellent in facilitating numerous placement opportunities for its students. The placement record is so good with approximately 85% of our students being placed in many reputed companies. The top equators of our university are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and many more, nearby around 105 + companies visited to give placement to our university students. The highest package of our University is 9 LPA and other side the lowest package offered University is 4 LPA, I think this was a decent package.
Infrastructure: Our university infrastructure and facilities are so good. We get a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. Every need of students is already fulfilled. Labs and libraries are also available at this university. Classrooms are properly tidy and clean. The hostel facility is based in our university, in a room where you get a B.Ed study table and chair from the university. The mess food is delicious.
Faculty: Faculty members are so experienced and friendly. There are 12 faculty members to solve every student's doubts, and their teaching method is very good. Faculty members cover every topic very easily. This course exams are not easy, but the faculty members' hard work enables a student to pass the exam easily. The pass percentage record is 90%.

My honest review about my college.
Placements: Huge placement opportunities were given to every student who studied at Chandigarh University. Almost 90-95% of students got placed every year. Job opportunities were good. Most of the students got jobs in the best companies, and they were doing good there. In placements, it was good college in North India. According to me, they placed 80% of the students from my class.
Infrastructure: Our campus was very good. Weekly assignments, house tests, and also surprise tests were also conducted. We could find this kind of curriculum which made for both sports students also for clever students. It was a better course curriculum than that of my previous one. Hostels were quite neat and clean. Mess food was very good, menu changes from time to time. Housekeeping was also available 24X7. Security of the hostel was also quite good. We could feel at home there. Washrooms were also quite clean. Doorstep laundry facility was also available.
Faculty: Teachers here were well-trained and highly qualified. There was a well-organized schedule for all classes. My course was more specific to research and lab work which was quite beneficial for me as teachers were always supportive. There was at least 1 industrial visit every semester. There were almost 4 lectures on every subject per week. Teachers were quite young here, therefore, they could teach us in new ways. Lectures were taught basically with PPTs. Almost every teacher here was from very well-reputed universities. Various guest lectures were also organized by the institute from time to time.

Ground report of CU biotechnology department.
Placements: University name in big but in reality it failed to deliver good placement. In reality, we did not get enough opportunities for getting a job. In the final semester, we got only 4 opportunities, 1-2 students were hired by each company, and the total intake of our class is 32 students. Just let jobs aside, we did not even get good internships from the college. Five companies offered internships, mostly underpaid or unpaid. I think the placement cell needs to stop playing with students' futures. If you have enough opportunities, then and only then take this many admissions. I am personally so disappointed with the placement.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is top-class architecture, and campus facilities feel like a movie college. But we have a common thought in college about the library: "Yaha koi kaam ko book nahi milti," and the college proves there are no useful books available in the library. Yes, recently the principal inaugurated Wi-Fi service on campus. As a hosteller at CU, I say there are very few facilities. We have beds but no mattresses. We have AC in rooms, but in winter, the temperature is too low; they should arrange heaters. The hostel fee is 1,20,000; after paying this high fee, we do not get good meals; the food is average.
Faculty: The merit of CU is their faculty; faculty members are always helpful. There are 4-5 professors for each subject, and there are doubt-clearing sessions where they clear our doubts. Teachers mostly focus on weak students, which is good. The course is good; biotechnology has scope in the future. The difficulty of the exam depends on students' knowledge; if they have good knowledge, exams will become easy; otherwise, too hard.

I wish the college would focus on biotechnology department placements.

College has a good campus and placements for all the students.
Placements: 66% of students are placed in good companies in the BT course. The highest package is 9 lacs, the lowest one is 4 lacs, and the average package is 6 lacs. Students get internships from the campus and the selection companies are highly recommended, such as Tata Institute and Tata Hospital.
Infrastructure: The facilities are equipped with a projector, TV, Wi-Fi and computer connectivity on campus. Labs and equipment with materials are highly valuable. Library with more books and space. Hostels provide 3 types of menus and have good food quality and management.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive and helpful to the students. Teachers are regulars and work hard for the students. They are highly qualified and most of them have done their Masters. The maximum number of teachers has more than 10 years of experience. Exams are pretty hard but the staff is so helpful.
