Satisfied, really good infrastructure and great facilities provided.
Placements: According to the 2025 pass-out students’ overview, 2030 students are placed. The highest package is ₹1.7 CPA by Microsoft company. Top recruiters for CSE are Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Wipro, etc. Even IBM has collaborated with the university, and some specialisations like Cyber Security and Data Science under BE CSE are run by them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the departments is really great. The university has provided every facility that is required. The same goes for hostels, both girls’ and boys’ hostels are well-maintained. The quality of food is average. There are separate gyms for each hostel, and there are gym trainers who help you a lot. There is also a medical room in each block of each hostel, where the nurses stay and help you in any emergency situation. So overall, it is great. But the only problem comes with the hostel’s food.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful; they are all well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of the staff is 5/5. Teachers are so helpful that they try to convert boring topics into interesting ones and make learning fun. Also, the course curriculum is totally relevant, and it definitely makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are very good, they are not really difficult. Even if you have studied seriously in class once, then you can easily get good scores. Whereas, the pass percentage is 40% of toppers.

The worst college campus and the infrastructure. Faculty is good.
Placements: The placements are very low and okay. On advertisements, they mention big placement packages, but those are only 1 or 2 students getting that out of 10, so don't get attracted to that quickly. Check the campus before enrolling.
Infrastructure: The worst infrastructure ever, they will trick you by showing only one block of the South campus, but then at the end they will say go to the out campus, 7 km away from the main campus, if you do BCA, MCA, from CU. Big lies and the worst marketing tactics. Be aware of this.
Faculty: The faculty, on the other hand, is really good and supportive. They really guide and help in every aspect, even in studies or life mentorship as well. The curriculum is overall good enough to get you started, and the rest depends on your efforts.

Very good placements in 2022.
Placements: We got the chance of visiting IMTECH Chandigarh which was an industrial visit, and talking about placement many companies visited the campus. I got the placement in IDS Infotech with an average package, which was not satisfactory but it was not that bad at initial stage. I am thankful to the university for the placement opportunity. The highest package offered was 7.8 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 3.3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Being a hosteller at Chandigarh University, there were very less facilities given to the hostellers. We just had a bed without in it and no mattress was provided, and just one almirah which was not enough. No AC was provided, whereas the fee for full year was Rs 1,20,000 which was very high. Meal was also not satisfactory. Classes were good but not excellent. In summer, there was suffocation in classes due to high class strength. The fest was good. Tech fest was also good. It's a fabulous university in extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Faculty members were always ready to help students at both universities. Their teaching style was fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University, and some internal tests and practical marks were there. But at Chandigarh University we had exams every month, this must be changed.

It is a very good college in Punjab.
Placements: Placements at our college were good. Top recruiters were Tata, Mahindra, and Amazon or like top companies. The highest package was 15 LPA, and average package was 8 LPA. 79% of students got their placements. The internship opportunities were available with our college. There was an internship in Amazon and Disney like companies, as our college aims for a dedicated career and development.
Infrastructure: There were two types of libraries, digital library and normal library. You will get everything in the library like books, newspapers, journals, etc. All classrooms had fans, whiteboards, and projectors. Clubs were also there, anyone could join any club and had to perform various tasks under various groups. For the sports lovers, there was a sports complex where you could find everything like a badminton court, football, cricket ground, basketball court, etc.
Faculty: It maintained a good faculty-to-student ratio. Most faculty members were supportive. One of the main reasons for choosing this course was that it contained some modern subjects like AI, ML data structures. Curriculum provided a strong base to real-world jobs through practical labs, projects, etc. Exams were held thrice per semester, 2 mid semesters and 1 final exam.

College provides excellent faculty and good hostel service.
Placements: I am in my 3rd year and placements have just started. The highest package till now is 50LPA, and the average package is around 5LPA. Top companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture are hiring for roles such as software engineer. Rather, it depends on the student how they are doing.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are excellent with clean rooms and good WI-FI. The food quality is decent, and the environment feels safe, even for girls. Hostels are the safest place. You can do whatever you want to do in the hostel, for example, if a student wants a night study room, roommates are good enough and also cooperative.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive and always ready to clear doubts. Exams are held at proper timings, and the evaluation process was fair. It really tests student understanding rather than just theoretical study, so overall it is good in the study material part as well as in the faculty members.

Infrastructure: Chandigarh University campus offers modern academic and living infrastructure. It has smart classrooms, advanced labs, a central library plus several block libraries with over 1,20,000 books and 8,60,000+ e-books. Hostels are separate for boys and girls, with options from 5-seater to single rooms.
