I liked the way the faculty guided us.
Placements: Pretty much all the people with good attendance in college were replaced. 10 from each course on average. There is still a need for more companies to walk in and place students. Mostly, there are only firms coming for the sales and marketing or banking courses. MACJ as a whole has not received much of a placement; however, our teachers do notify us if there are any opportunities.
Infrastructure: I was there in the hostel from the first year. My room was five-seater, of which three were my classmates and 2 were from another section. The room had 5 beds, 5 almirahs, and 5 pairs of tables and chairs. The mess was on the ground floor. Mess food was good; it was high in protein and contained dahi, eggs, chicken, etc. Hostel fees were 77k per year for 5-seater room.
Faculty: The course curriculum was very interesting. As Journalism students, we spend most of our time in the fields, like conducting interviews, making video for our YouTube page, managing our social media pages, and shooting in the media lab. Everything was taught to us: editing, adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, camera handling, video camera handling, etc. It was a two-year course with four semesters and three internal assessments before every semester. That makes four semester exams and 12 internal assessments. Out of three, they consider the best of two exam marks.

Review of CU by a student.
Placements: About 60 to 70 percent of students are placed in this course. The highest package of this course is about 12 lakhs per annum, and the lowest package is about 1 lakh per annum, with an average package of about 2.5 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: Good facilities are provided in this course, and the infrastructure is also good. Wi-Fi is available for students and teachers. Classrooms are very neat and clean. A library is also available for students to study. Separate hostels are provided for girls and boys.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful, qualified, and educated. Teaching quality is also good. They help all the students in their studies and make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult, with a passing percentage of about 75 percent.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest.

Our university is the best.
Placements: After the 3rd semester, the placement process will start. Students who scored good marks were eligible for placements. Many students opted for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Separate hostels were available for both boys and girls. The system for granting leaves was not good. Overall, everything was good.
Faculty: Faculty members were egoistic but well-qualified. Few of them were Ph.D. scholars. The teaching method was not good. Semester exams were conducted after every 5 months. The exams were not hard.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in photography. Annual fests and events were conducted in this college. You will also get a chance to do other college fests with various co-curricular activities.

The admission process is simple for new students.
Placements: There are good opportunities here. There is a nice selection ratio, and an overall good median salary is offered. Students are recruited by a variety of famous firms, and almost all of them end up at one company or another. Many of the big corporate giants as well as foreign companies have tie-ups with KC College. Campus interviews were conducted, and the students are tested according to the company's requirements. There were various recruiting companies like Free Press Journal, The Sprint, KPMG India, TATA, Reliance, Infosys, OLA, and Rajshri Entertainment. Placement Coordinators can provide assistance if you have any questions or concerns. But because of the pandemic, things might be a little different.
Infrastructure: Personally, I can't recommend the hostels. Because the facilities of hostels in CU are quite poor. The quality of the food is disgusting. And the wardens are not humble toward you. You can avail of the hostel facility online or by visiting. You can get the 3-seated room or the 4-seated room.
Faculty: The course curriculum is systematically structured. Research papers are prepared by the students every semester, which is considered an essential task throughout the course. Exams are conducted within the university, are fair, and are invigilated by experienced faculty. The course includes designing and strategizing presentations. Practical exposure is not up to the mark. Practical equipment is available, yet there is a lack of practical exposure to the subject. Students frequently complain about the same.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Our college provided a well-established placement cell for mass communication courses. Practical training was also provided for better recruitment. Top recruiting companies were NDTV, India TV, TImes of India, Hindustan Times, Economics Times, DD News, etc.
Infrastructure: The best thing about this college was its library. It had a wide range of journalistic resources including books, journals, and digital archives. Interactive and engaging sessions were good in this college. Audio-visual aids were also available in our classrooms.
Faculty: Faculty members were approachable. They were always ready for guidance, feedback, and career advice. This played a crucial role in helping students to build their careers. All teachers were helpful. They also provided in-depth knowledge about research and investigative journalism.
