The location is good and has an ecofriendly environment to study.

Placements: 30-40% of students in our branch got placed. Mostly IT companies and few core companies visit here, like Tata Steel, Honda, L&T, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, etc., which do mass recruitment. The highest package offered is 15 LPA by Amazon. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. CSE has the best placements.

Infrastructure: Our department has good facilities and infrastructure. All are well maintained. All the labs and classrooms are pretty good, and all the required equipment is available. We have a huge library with many books and a few MACs for students. The whole campus is enabled with Wi-Fi with a decent speed, especially in the library and register office. I don't live in the hostel, but I heard from my friends that the hostel's infrastructure is good. Food is average in the canteen. Medical facilities, sports and games are available, but the hostel fee is a little bit high.

Faculty: Some of the teachers are very helpful and friendly. A few teachers are a bit strict, and they don't give you marks if you don't study. All the faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable, and a few of them are from IITs, NITs and other well-reputed colleges. Teaching quality is good. If you study hard and earn knowledge and get a suggestion from the faculty members, then you can easily crack anything.

Other: Most of the students in our college don't deny that the college location attracted them to take admission here. The college is in the middle of the hills, near Musoorie. The campus is clean and eco-friendly, and the whole campus is surrounded by trees and has a good environment. If you need to refresh your mind, you can go for a walk for a few minutes. Mechanical engineering is an evergreen course, and I chose it because I have an interest in machines, cars, and airplanes. I think if the faculty members focus on the practical side, that would be beneficial. Events and fests are conducted every year. Udaan is the name of our fest, and a few clubs are available in our college. The campus crowd is good, and most of the students are from Nepal. Scholarships are available.
