PUMDET Application Form 2025 (Soon): Registration Link, Fee, Know How to Apply

Follow the steps provided below to fill out the PUMDET application form.

• Register for PUMDET 2025

Aspirants need to ensure that all the information provided by them is correct. No edits can be made at this stage. Also, at this stage, candidates are asked to select a password and a security question/ answer.

• Fill the Application Form

Once candidates submit their registration details, an application number is generated, which will be sent to candidates through email/ SMS to their registered email address/ mobile number. Using the application number and password, candidates need to log on to the official website of PUMDET and provide the following details. 

After filling in all these details, candidates are advised to review the information furnished by them. At this stage, candidates can edit and make changes in the details filled by them and once they are certain that all the details provided by them are correct, they need to click on the ‘Submit’ button.

• Uploading of Images

Candidates are required to upload scanned images of their passport-sized photographs and signatures. The specifications for the same are provided in the table below. 

Essential specifications for photographs -

• The photograph must be recently taken, which can match the candidate’s physical features.
• Low-quality images (taken by a mobile phone) will be rejected.
• The background must be white.
• The face of the candidate should occupy at least 50 per cent of the entire space while looking at the camera.
• Candidates are advised to get enough printouts of the photographs as the pictures will be needed at the exam centre, during counselling, admission and registration with the university.

PUMDET Application Fee 

Once applicants are done filling the PUMDET application form, they must pay the application fee. They can pay PUMDET application fee using net banking/ debit card/ credit card or by cash using an Allahabad Bank e-challan.

Once the candidate has successfully filled in the application form, applicant can press submit button, which will lead applicant to a confirmation page, which means that application form is complete. Application is not complete until ‘confirmation page’ is granted. Candidates are advised to take a print-out of the confirmation page and should preserve the same till the completion of admission process.

Note: If candidate loses their respective confirmation page, a duplicate can be provided by board, however, the candidate will have to apply to the board and pay a processing fee of INR 500 by a bank draft in name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board”, which is payable in Kolkata.
