IDOL University Mumbai gives scholarships for UG/PG students who are greatly interested in doing or completing a BA degree. The University has established seat reservation policies as given by the Indian government & also gives scholarships for candidates in several reserved categories. The seat reservation policy is set basis the category of the students like General, OBC, SC/ST, PWD, etc., and the seat availability. Students from SC/ST categories can also apply for the RAJIV GANDHI NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP SCHEME (RGNFS) sponsored by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India.

The Mumbai University allocate scholarships to the students pursuing courses from the University. The scholarships are extended to the students in need, meritorious students, etc. The aim is to provide education despite of the financial constraints/limitations. The IDOL University Mumbai allows students to take their exams in three different languages, such as Hindi, English, and Marathi. At the undergraduate level, the university provides a three-year BCom course. Students are also allowed to choose their preferred BCom specialisation, which helps them develop their desired skills and increases their job prospects. This flexibility allows students to select their preferred language and take the exam accordingly.

University of Mumbai course fee is the sum of various components, which are either one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually/semesterly. MU BA tuition fees range between INR 2,400 and INR 14.6 lakh. This fee range has the tuition fee for BA and integrated BA courses. The Bachelor of Arts (BA) programme at IDOL University has a duration of three years. The mode of education for this programme is distance/correspondence. Interested students can check the eligibility criteria for applying. The BA programme is divided into six semesters spread over three years. As per this year's 2023 admission process, Candidates who have passed LL.B. or those who have appeared for the Final Semester Examinations of the 3 or 5-year LL.B. Programme from the University of Mumbai or any other recognised University are eligible to apply for the online LL.M. Common Entrance Examination 2023. Mumbai University LLM Admission is entirely based on LLM CET exam conducted by the University.
