It is absolutely the best university in India with a QS ranking of 21 (Southern Asia).
Placements: Placements for students in the agriculture department are comparatively less. The highest package is 5 LPA. Internship offers provided by our department are very useful as all of us did internships in national institutes, fertilizer companies, startups, etc.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities on the Vellore campus are extraordinary. It provides Wi-Fi, multiple mess facilities, a 24-hour ambulance facility, and a hospital inside the campus. Students are encouraged and trained to participate in national and international sports and competitions.
Faculty: Teachers are well-experienced and are from various states. VIT has an open-book test too which helps students to score marks before their final test. VIT provides a student with an abroad program where students can complete their one semester in any university abroad.
Other: VIT offers courses and programs and has ICAR accreditation too. Agriculture is one best options to choose from because they cultivate various crops. It also has a livestock, poultry unit, mushroom unit, botanical garden, and vermicompost unit where classes happen in fields and in the unit.

I am satisfied because of faculty members, courses, infrastructure, lab and field facilities.
Placements: In VIT, our batch is the first batch of B.Sc. Hons agriculture. We are studying 3rd year, and in the next year, we will attend campus the interview. Only then we will come to know about salary packages. As an agriculture graduate, we get knowledge of various departments like fertilizer, pesticides, and food industries.
Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with a high-speed internet connection. For the agriculture course, we have more than 20 labs with newly bought hi-tech equipment imported from abroad. In classrooms, we have good facilities. For our department, there are many books in the library that we need.
Faculty: In our course curriculum, we have theoretical concepts. More practical classes are held than theory classes. As electives and core courses we are studying various other departments. In the final year of the course, we have practical projects.

VIT is a place to learn and to explore things .
Placements: There are more than 600 people registered under our course as a whole. There are two batches each batch has 130 members approximately. Top companies like Amazon, top SEED companies are recruiting our course. Internships are also being provided during the programme in the reputed companies .
Infrastructure: VIT has best infrastructure and also provides good facilities like well-equipped labs for each course, Wi-Fi and a library. Also encourages extra curricular activities like sports and inter college competitions. The library is full air conditioned. The hostels are maintained clean and veg/non veg /special mess is also being provided in our college .
Faculty: All the working in VIT are Ph.D. holders. They make the class more interactive than one way teaching. Our course curriculum is set in a such a way that we are made to study from the scratch thereby making our basics strong. We have CAT 1 CAT 2 followed by FAT exams. Marks are graded on relative grading.
Other: I choose this course as I wanted to become a government employee. The best thing in this course is there is a practical experience teaching while learning which makes the concept clear and thorough.

The college has excellent infrastructure and knowledgeable faculty.
Placements: We are the first batch in the agriculture department of VIT University. VIT assured jobs to 120 students of 2022 pass out. VIT is famous for the quality of education and placements. The salary package offered is by companies is Rs. 15,000-2,00,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Sinsinta, Rasi Seeds, Monsanto. The top role offered is an AO. The package offered in our course is Rs. 1,00,000 LPA. Almost 50% of the students got an internship.
Infrastructure: There are high quality and eco-friendly facilities in the college. There is a green environment here. There is a Wi-Fi facility which can access free up to 5 GB, and there are all classrooms with smart boards. There is a library with more than 3,00,00 books, and the library is also fully air-conditioned. There are air conditioners and Wi-Fi facility in the hostel. The hostel protected with 24/7 surveillance cameras and all facilities are available.
Faculty: VIT syllabus is more related to practical application in work with different methods of teaching. All teachers here are masters and PhD holders in qualified university. The course curriculum is related to ICAR. The course curriculum is easy for students interested in agriculture. Faculty get a lot of interest to teach the subject of the syllabus. Faculty give notes on agriculture and allied sectors. Faculty teach by PPT method for beginners, which is very useful.
Other: I choose this course because agriculture is one of the major department in India. Now it is developing well, and also it is marketable. It is also easy to get a job in this course compared to others. In VIT college, a lot of campus events and festivals conducted. Pity Gravitation and Hackathons are the major popular events in VIT college. VIT conducts all campus interviews through online, and the college provides opportunities for pot painting to students.
