IIT Kanpur Cutoff 2022: Category-Wise Ranks

Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur cutoff 2022 was released for various categories, including General, ST, SC, OBC, EWS and PWD for admission to the BTech programmes. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks. As per the Last Round cutoff, BTech in CSE was the most competitive specialisation at IIT Kanpur. IIT Kanpur Cutoff 2022 For General All India Category   

Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur 2022 cutoff was released for admission to the BTech programmes. As per the IIT Kanpur Last Round cutoff 2022, the closing rank for BTech ranged between 237 and 9614, among which Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive specialisation, followed by Electrical Engineering. IIT Kanpur Cutoff 2022 For General All India Female Category   

During the JoSAA counselling Round 1 closing rank ranged from 751 to 9286. As per the data below, BTech in CSE was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks for BTech courses are tabulated below: 

IIT Kanpur Cutoff 2022 For OBC All India Category   

As per the IIT Kanpur cutoff 2022, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged from 155 to 4513. Analysing the cutoff data mentioned in the table given below, BTech in CSE has the lowest cutoff with Round 1 and Last Round closing ranks of 154 and 155, respectively. The second most competitive specialisation was Electrical Engineering. The Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks for BTech in Electrical Engineering were 660 and 696, respectively. For OBC ALL India Female category candidates, the BTech cutoff ranged from 480 to 4513, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisation. For other BTech courses, details are given below: 

IIT Kanpur Cutoff 2022 For SC All India Category   

During the IIT Kanpur 2022 cutoff, the Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 87 and 2619. As compared to other BTech courses, CSE was the most competitive specialisation with Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks of 87 and 94, respectively.

During the IIT Kanpur cutoff 2022, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 55 and 1714, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisation. Apart from CSE, the second most competitive course was Electrical Engineering for which the Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks were 282 and 287, respectively.

For the PWD ALL India Female category candidates, the First and Last Round closing rank for BTech was 78 during the IIT Kanpur cutoff 2022.
