IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2027
To appear for the IPMAT Indore 2027 exam, these eligibility criteria need to be met by the applicant:
- Applicants should have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent CGPA in the case of the General and NC OBC categories.
- Applicants belonging to SC, ST or PwD (DA) categories must have secured at least 55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Class 10 and Class 12.
- Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam in the years 2025, 2026, or appearing in 2027.
- Applicants in the final year of Class 12 or awaiting the results are also eligible to apply provisionally.
State-wise Eligibility Criteria for General and NC/OBC category
- Applicants applying for the IPMAT exam should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate in both Class 10 and Class 12 or the overall score of SAT should be 1600 out of 2400.
State-wise Eligibility Criteria for SC, ST and PWD/DA category
- Applicants applying for the exam should have obtained a minimum of 55% aggregate in both Class 10 and Class 12 or the overall score of SAT should be 1475 out of 2400.
IPMAT Indore Eligibility Criteria for International Applicants
IPMAT 2027 eligibility criteria for international applicants are provided below:
- Applicants must have passed the qualifying exam in the years 2025, 2026, or be appearing in 2027.
- Applicants must have secured at least 1300 out of 1600 in the SAT from November 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027.

- The age should not be more than 22 years as of July 31, 2027, for the applicants belonging to SC, ST, PwD (DA) categories.
- Candidates belonging to the Foreign Nationals category must have been born on or after August 1, 2007.
