Dress Code of SET 2026 PI Round: Men
Following is the dress code for men for SET PI Round:
- Well ironed formal shirt and dark tailored trousers. The shirt should not be wrinkled and of light colour
- A matching blazer or suit jacket is recommended. It will give a good impression.
- Formal leather shoes (black or dark brown) and matching socks
- A formal tie is optional
- Well-groomed hair and beard.
Dress Code of SET 2026 PI Round: Women
Candidates are judged on their professional appearance. Flashy clothes and chunky jewellery are a big no. Check the dress code below:
- Western or Indian formals
- Closed footwear
- Minimal makeup, light jewellery

SET 2027 exam will likely be held in the second week of May 2027. SET exam will be conducted in CBT test format by Symbiosis International University. Duration of exam will be one hour and students can take exam at their test centre.

IPMAT is usually considered a bit more difficult than SET, as IPMAT exam has advanced mathematics and is calculation intensive. The exam also have a sectional time limit. But, SET is easier in terms of difficulty, does not have negative marking or sectional timings.
